Villa Elena is immersed into nature with a splendid landscape surrounded by Hill of Sardinia Granite and vineyard, it has been developed over an area of 11,000sqm.

Villa Elena is located in a particularly quiet area close to Palau and the most beautiful beaches of costa Smeralda, in total relaxation and serenity. A quick 5 minutes’ drive from the center of Palau and La Sciumara Beach, 10 minutes from Porto Rafael, Porto Pollo, Capo d’Orso. A short distance away from Porto Cervo which is just half an hour away.

The exterior respects the nature, using natural stone from Ala' Dei Sardi on the walls and the outside stairs, the pergola ceiling decorated with high end chestnut wood beams and its floor of marble from Orosei

Inside the villa is decorated and furnished with a modern taste and contemporary style.
Villa Elena is divided into two distinct floors connected to each other by an external staircase.

There are 4 bedrooms, big size bed/single beds and unique decor. 4 bathrooms and an additional sofa bed queen size. The villa can accommodate up 13 guests overnight, there are also 2 cribs for babies. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining. Living room, dining area open to patio and garden. Many sitting areas and places to relax, read and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The home's floor plan is well designed for social gatherings with a good flow for guests to have easy indoor/outdoor access to patios and living areas. Finally there is also a kid play rooms and a fully equipped laundry room.

The villa is rented for the exclusive use of our guests, so that those arriving have the entire property at their disposal.

Outside the villa is surrounded by a large and well-kept garden with a playground for children, outdoor furniture, a gas barbecue, outdoor shower and a small swimming pool.
The large garden is illuminated at night and it is possible to park up to 10 cars inside.

Wonderful villa close to Palau

It was an honor to be the first guest in this wonderful villa. The house was rebuilt over the last years and is totally up to today's standards. The venue is situated in a quite spot close to Palau, which allows access to both the surfing spots in the north as the well known spots of costa Smeralda (Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo). The house is perfect for a family holidays also allowing to relax around the house with a nice pool, many places to spend time, read a book or just enjoy the country side. Communication with the owner / the agency was perfect and we appreciated the welcoming way a lot! Thanks for this perfect week in Palau!

Modern Villa In Beautiful Sardinian Countryside

Beautifully designed and decorated home nestled in the Sardinian countryside. Luxury country villa with modern amenities and appliances. Large yard in front and back with pool and even mini football pitch. Amazing views of vineyards, farms, mountains and even the ocean. Such a peaceful and tranquil location as well. We were a group of 10 people (6 adults and 4 teenagers) who spent a week in the villa. There are 4 bedrooms each with an en-suite or accompanying bathroom. Two large outdoor dining areas with fabulous views. Decent sized pool with large lounging area. Located a short drive ( ~ 8 minutes ) from Palau and the ocean. The owner was very accessible during the trip if any issues arose and handled them in a professional and efficient manner. Also, provided many local recommendations from beaches to restaurants. One restaurant was Ristorante Gastronomia Belvedere in Porto Cervo, our favorite meal during the trip.

All in all it was perfect. Very friendly and competent team. Amazing mordern Villa in stuning nature

Our stay there was really perfect. After reservation it started with the competent and kind communication with the owner who gave us also informations about other points what to do and where to do. The reception was also very well organized. Everyday someone came to clean the amazing pool quickly. Every third day a cleaning team was cleaning the mansion. The house itself has a really high standard in all matters: From the kitchen, bathroom, beds, tables and sunbeds.There is a lot of space and the sourrunding is blast. Pure nature, no noise of cars or planes. Many possibilities to sit, relax and chill. Awsome views even to the sea. All in all an excellent package we highly recommand it !

Villa Elena was born from the combination of Sylvain's love for the land of his family roots and Hélène's passion for nature.

During our many years of expatriation in China, we both expressed the desire to make our dream of having a holiday house in Sardinia we could call home for the summer, come true. As parents, we wanted our children to benefit from the reality of nature in this wonderful land and let them enjoy all the genuineness it can offer.

Every material used in the creation of the house comes from here. The woods, stones, ceramics, every corner is an expression of the Sardinian land as much as a translation of all the emotions we experienced across our many trips made over the years in Asia.
The small pieces of furniture and decoration items we carefully handpicked in Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Thailand, and China are bringing a harmonious blend to the villa interior design creating union and sharing.

We are delighted to share this beautiful corner of Sardinia with you, and we hope
you will appreciate it with the same love and respect that we carry with our children.
