When you pull up in front of this Big Bear Cabin, the first thing you will notice is that the entire front of the cabin is largely made up of glass windows that let all of that beautiful mountain sunlight into your vacation cabin that will help make you feel perfectly at home.

When you walk in, you will be right back in the Wild West, but with the much loved luxuries that we’ve come to expect these days. You will have the best of both worlds with the large Jacuzzi outside to relax in, the huge flat screen TV in the living room, and the large comfortable beds to sleep in at night. With the open floor plan, you can be upstairs playing pool and watching TV on the new 32" TV that is connected to the living room programing, and still be connected to the rest of the family downstairs playing board games or watching TV.

And to make this cabin even more perfect for your family, there are many personal touches made by the homeowners that help you feel a connection to their family and their home, their way of making you feel like part of the family. They have repurposed the ladder from their children’s play set as a display piece in the living room, adding to the rustic, cowboy feel of the cabin. In addition to touches like this ladder, there are several board games available for your use that the family grew up playing.

There are three exterior security cameras on the property. One near the front entrance capturing entry and exit. One near the back door capturing entry and exit. One near the spa capturing spa for the purposes of making sure its properly serviced and spa lid is locked when not in use. These are motion activated and on 24/7.

This cabin is not pet friendly. lf a pet is discovered on the premises, you may be charged a min. of $150 and a max of $250, if discovered by way of outdoor cameras.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
