Breathtaking Views and Lasting Memories - Beachfront Fun & Relaxation

We welcome you to stay in our family beach house located on beautiful "Bean Point"; the most beautiful spot on Anna Maria Island, Florida. We have owned this beach house for 20 years now and have made so many wonderful memories!

THE BEACH has changed due to the storm. The last picture is the beach from the last time I was there.

When you walk up the stairs to the front door entrance (located on a huge wrap around balcony) you immediately see the sparkling, crystal clear, blue water. Once inside you’re in an open "great room" with a large, comfy sectional, coffee table with 4 pull out ottoman seats, a comfy large chair perfect for afternoon napping and cuddling, a dining room table with ample seating, and a kitchen island with 2 stools. The wall facing the water has high windows and large sliding glass doors displaying the beautiful view of the water.

The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, pots, pans and stainless steel appliances to make meals. I love that the kitchen, dining and living room are all open; so while I am cooking I can still hang out and interact with everyone. While cooking you can see the water through the windows and spot sea life swimming by!

The first bedroom has 3 twin beds and a Smart TV, the second bedroom has a large California king bed with a TV, and the Master bedroom has a large California King bed smart TV, and its own Master bathroom. There is a bathroom with shower/tub and double sinks in the hallway, and a master bathroom connected to the master bedroom that has a shower and double sink.

(The living room couch comfortably sleeps 2 adults on it BUT is NOT a sofa bed, just a large sofa.)

Downstairs is used as storage, so no one will be sharing the property with you while you are renting it (In the future we hope to make this an additional add on to the rental as a "game room". You will have access to beach gear below the house (see pic). Please remember to wash it off with fresh water and put back every day. This will ensure that the future guest will have the same beach gear to use!

The beach is always changing, and it’s actually one of my favorite things about the house. Just recently I visited and our beach was big and had these beautiful vines with purple flowers. Sometimes I come and there is a high tide, but it means that the water is closer to the house and you will see wildlife that much closer! Other times I come and the tide is extremely low exposing a lot of beach! But, there is always enough beach to sit in the sun, play in the sand and have a blast!

The sunsets here are amazing and we love walking to the very tip of "Bean Point" for this. The colors of the sunset are vibrant and not one sunset is like the other. This is the best place to watch a sunset!

When we are here, we see manatee, dolphin, birds and fish daily! You might possibly see sting rays, spotted eagle rays, tarpon, sea turtles, crabs and more! We also hand LAND TURTLES on the island. Gopher tortoise and the Florida Box Turtle.


We provide 6 parking spots: 2 covered parking spots and enough room to park an additional 4 vehicles, depending on size. (****Please note the city parking law. Tires must be minimum of 6 inches off street.****)

*Please note that this is our family home. We have had many years of creating memories here. While we keep it updated as best as we can, there are bumps and bruises. Of course, the imperfections of the house in no way will effect your stay.

-NO PETS!!! I have unfortunately had two different guest bring dogs. It is against policy and someone in my family is very allergic!!! Please, no animals/pets.
