About this property
House 100 meters from the beach.
House located on a land with 3,500 square meters, all walled and with gate. On the ground there are three more houses (one where I live and two more that are rented for season). It is a quiet and safe place. The house has a large garden area around. It is a nook to enjoy the holidays with family and friends, with a great location in the center of Porto Belo and close to the beach. From the land entrance gate you can see the beach as it is at a distance of 100 meters.
The house has the shared environments (kitchen, double suite and living room) as there are no doors that share one room from another except the bathroom door. It has 1 double suite with a table fan. The living room has a sofa, a single bed and cable TV. Is there Wi-Fi. The kitchen is complete with fridge, gas hob with oven, sink, worktop with 4 chairs, pots, crockery and cutlery. I provide kitchen cleaning items (sponge, detergent and cleaning cloth). It has a laundry area with washing tank, clothesline and cleaning utensils (bucket, cleaning cloth, squeegee and broom). The house also has a balcony.
Parking space for 1 vehicle in the garden. Sleeps up to 4 people. I provide 1 mattress if needed, plus the double and single beds you already have in the house.
On the ground there is a sports court with volleyball net and soccer goal. The court has night lighting with two reflectors.
No pillows, bedding or bathing suits are provided.

Lugar para relaxar
O imóvel é perfeito para quem busca um lugar simples para relaxar! O terreno onde ficam as casas é muito agradável e ajuda a recarregarmos as energias. A Sabrina me retornou super rápido a todas as dúvidas que tinha. O local é bem próximo da praia, e só fica um pouco distante para ir a pé em mercados e restaurantes.
