This apartment is at 50 Murray Street Pyrmont NSW 2009 and located within the One Darling Harbour Building on the 12th floor, (formerly Grand Mercure Apartment complex) next door to the Ibis and Novatel Hotel.

Darling harbour has become Sydney's premier entertainment precinct offering world class restaurants that can satisfy everyone's taste, excellent shopping along with many famous attractions that include the Sydney Aquarium, Wildlife Life Sydney, LG Imax Theatre, Powerhouse Museum, Captain Cook Cruises, National Maritime Museum, Sydney's Fish Market, Sydney's Famous Paddy's Market, Madame Tussauds Wax Museum and a 5 minute walk to The Star Casino.

One Darling Harbour Building is accessible by your own vehicle with complimentary secured Car parking , by ferry, or by the light rail.

This privately owned apartment offers 2 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed, harbour views, direct access to the balcony, flat screen 45 inch TV and own bathroom with bath and shower facilities.
Second bedroom features a queen size bed, harbour views, direct access to balcony, 38 inch flat screen TV and direct access to the main bathroom.

Main Bathroom features bath /shower and accommodates an integrated laundry for your access.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for self catering.

Main living area features a modern lounge with a 55 inch flat screen TV/DVD CD stereo, six seat dining table, harbour views, direct access to balcony and wireless internet.

The balcony has a six seat outdoor dining table where you can relax, enjoy a cool wine and admire one of the most magnificent views in Sydney. On Saturday night enjoy the fireworks display right in front of your apartment.

Guests are able to use the rooftop indoor heated swimming pool or full use of the gym, sauna and spa
Our minimum stay over the Christmas/New Year period is one week (7) nights. POA over that period.

Nice place, good location, beautiful view. The unit, while comfortable, is in need of a little updating as the carpet is stained and the bathroom light (over the mirror) wasn’t working. We were given 4 towels for four people, no extras although the addition of beach towels was appreciated. Finally, the only coffee making “appliance” was a French press which wasn’t the most convenient but better than nothing. The owner was very accommodating when I needed to change my arrival date and in allowing a later checkout which was appreciated so, overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay

From booking this fantastic condo to leaving was a wonderful experience. It was a Great location to walk about and loved the water views from the veranda. Communication was exceptional and at the end we had a little hiccup with leaving something there and the owner was great about us going back and picking it up. If we were in Sydney again and it was available a definite number one.

This was a lovely apartment in a great location. The property was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Great balcony overlooking Darling Harbour, even got to see fireworks from it on Saturday. The property manager was easy to communicate with with prior and during our stay.
