As you enter your fully updated beachfront condo you will immediately notice that the breathtaking views of the ocean can be seen from almost every room. Upgraded ceramic tile flooring and Berber carpet can be found throughout the condo, along with tasteful furnishings and artwork. With 2-bedrooms, a sleeper sofa and 2 bathrooms, this condominium is perfect for families looking to get a way to the beach.

In the living room, a plush sectional with chaise, recliner and two chairs offer plenty of spots to relax and unwind. The sofa pulls out to a queen sleeper, perfect for smaller children, teens or an overnight guest. On top of the beautiful credenza is a large flat-screen TV and Blu-ray/DVD player to watch great movies or your favorite shows. Not interesting in watching a show? The sliding glass door to the private balcony gives a bird's-eye view of the waves and beach below right from the couch. Or, step outside onto the balcony and take in the sounds and breeze while relaxing on the outside furniture.

When ready to eat, the fully stocked and updated kitchen boasts quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances and clean white cabinetry. There are plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware and utensils to make a yummy home-cooked meal. The kitchen pass-through doubles as extra serving space or a place to grab a quick meal before hitting the beach. Two barstools are available for additional seating. Directly adjacent from the kitchen is the dining room with a wooden table and seating for six. Views of the ocean can be seen while enjoying a delicious meal.

You and your guests will enjoy a restful night sleep in one of the two bedrooms. The master bedroom hosts a king size bed, soft white bedding, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV, and dresser for your personals. The extra-large window allows you to wake each morning to a beautiful sunrise and the crashing waves without leaving your pillow. The master bathroom provides a walk-in shower with glass enclosure, granite vanity and bath towels.

In the guest bedroom you will find two twin beds, nautical bedding, flat-screen TV and dresser space. The second bathroom has been nicely updated as well and has a standard size bathtub and shower with glass enclosure, vanity, large mirror and plenty of towels for all guests.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

The complex was built in 1973 and has 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens II and 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens III.
