Wonderful stay in Cassis

Very nice, modern appartment at a really good situation close to the port and the beaches. The view was exceptional!!!

Super séjour dans cet appartement. Les paysages sont magnifiques. Les dénivelés sont importants mais les calanques et les plages en valent le coup. L’appartement est très bien décoré et est super bien équipé. Je recommande fortement. Le propriétaire est à l’écoute et bien veillant . copropriété propre et calme.

Nicht immer stimmt das Inserat mit der Realität überein. Hier schon. Eine wirklich traumhafte Unterkunft, mit tollem Blick, sehr ruhig und schöner Ausstattung. Meine Freunde und ich waren begeistert. P.S. Auch die Kommunikation mit Armel und Beatrice war reibungslos. Danke für eine tolle Woche

Très bien Vue magnifique sur le Cap Canaille, appartement situé à 5Minutes à pieds du port et à 10 Minutes à pieds du supermarché U. Situé au 4eme étage mais il n'y en a que 3 à monter quand on vient du parking.

Abgenutzte Wohnung mit schönem Blick

Jahrelange Versäumnisse zeigten sich bei unserem Besuch in der Wohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick über Cassis. In der Wohnung zeigte sich im Kinderzimmer am ganzen Fensterrahmen und im Kleiderschrank Schimmel. Die Küchenplatte war aufgequollen vom ständigen Wassereinfluss. Nachts drang der Kanalgeruch ins Kinderzimmer, Bad und WC. Daher mussten wir leider schnell wieder ausziehen. Diese Wohnung können wir nicht empfehlen.

Très bon emplacement de ce logement : au calme et proche de tout en quelques minutes à pied. Très agréable accueil téléphonique du propriétaire. Très agréable accueil et souplesse horaire de la personne qui dispose des clés. A recommander pour profiter des beautés des Calanques !

Appartement agréable

Belle vue, proximité avec le port et le centre de Cassis mais il faut remonter la ville pendant 10 minutes. Bon accueil, seule la propreté de l'appartement laisse à désirer.

Gorgeous views

This flat must have the best views in Cassis. ... Looking out over the old town towards the castle and to Cap Canaille. Simply gorgeous. Such a great location.. just a short walk into the old town and to beaches... (Though be prepared for the hill and steps coming back). The big supermarket is also nearby and the bus from the station drops you within a minute or twos walk. We certainly never missed having a car. Lots of time spent in the sea snorkeling, and a trip or two to the Calanques by kayak and on foot. Even spotted an octopus and a moray eel.

Appartement spacieux, confortable, très lumineux et bien situé dans une résidence calme

La cuisine est très spacieuse et bien équipée. Le salon est très lumineux, spacieux, confortable et donne sur une vue magnifique du Cap Canaille / château / mer. L’appartement est bien situé, proche du port, des commerçants et de la plage. La place de parking privée est un vrai plus. Le propriétaire est très réactif et Franck, la personne qui nous a accueillis, est charmant. Nous étions très contents de notre séjour à Cassis.

Gigantischer Meerblick!

Wir haben als Familie einige Tage in Cassis verbracht und uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das geräumige Apartment liegt im dritten Stock ohne Aufzug und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Blick auf das Meer und den Hafen von Cassis ist atemberaubend. Von großem Vorteil ist der eigene Parkplatz, den man auch mit einem höheren Fahrzeug (SUV/Bus) problemlos erreichen kann. Ein Supermarkt mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Zentrum von Cassis, insbesondere der Hafen, ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auf das Auto kann man weitgehend verzichten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war immer hervorragend. Alles lief korrekt ab. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Appartement sympa avec belle vue

L’appart est situé à 8min à pieds du port et surplombe le village de Cassis, ce qui lui permet d’avoir une vue très jolie sur la baie. Il est traversant et se situe au 4ème étage d’une résidence sans ascenseur! Parking privé devant la résidence. Voisinage et environnement très calme. Nous avons relevé quelques petites lacunes de propreté dans les couverts de table, les wc et au sol que nous avons pris soins de signaler à Frank, la personne qui s’occupe des arrivées et départs de l’appartement et qui d’ailleurs est très sympathique! Pour le reste, rien à redire...

Appartement très agréable et très calme avec une très belle vue. Place de parking indispensable dans la résidence: nous avons tout fait à pied. Emplacement idéal proche centre ville et calanques. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire et la personne qui nous a accueilli (Franck) A louer sans hésiter.

Nous avons séjourner une semaine fin avril début mai, il n'y avait donc pas trop de monde et le temps était parfait. Concernant l'appartement, la vue est sublime, on ne peut demander mieux : la mer, le cap canaille, le château,... Le tout au calme (petite réserve sur l'insonorisation car nous entendions un peu les voisins d'en dessous) et à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville et du port. Nous avons a été très bien accueilli et la remise des clefs est très simple. Tout est fonctionnel dans l'appartement, lit parapluie, chaise haute, cuisine, machine, lits, salle de bain,... Bref, tout était parfait

Great view of the city.

We really enjoyed staying so close to the centre of town. The spacious apartment had terrific views and was very comfortable. Upon arrival we were met by Frank who was friendly and helpful , making it a smooth welcoming process. We would stay here again.

Herrlicher Blick, Wohnung schmutzig.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung und die Einrichtung sind abgewohnt und entsprechen nicht den Bildern. Die Töpfe kleben, Oberflächen ebenfalls. Das Sofa hatten wir erst mal geputzt. Unter dem Schmutz kam dann das weiße Kunstleder hervor. Schade. In der ersten Woche wurden wir jeden Tag um 8:00 vom Presslufthammer / Bagger geweckt. Ansonsten ist Cassis genial schön.
