Condo was recently gutted and remodeled by hubby and friend; we take much pride in the end result. We want guests to:

We loved that we were walking distance into town, and also that it was a perfect location for the Ironman World Championships.The condo is right on the ocean, so we enjoyed watching the boogey boarders and surfers on most days, as well as beautiful sunsets.The condo was clean, and we appreciated the management contacts throughout. This place is in an excellent location, close to many restaurants, all within walking distance. Great home base for exploring the island. The resort is quiet with a nice pool and the view is spectacular. The place had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful oceanfront condo in Kona! The view was stunning — we could listen to the soothing sound of the waves all day and enjoy breathtaking sunsets right from the balcony. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to Kona’s shopping and dining areas, yet still peaceful and relaxing.Our host, Bill, was wonderful — very responsive and kind. He even went out of his way to personally drop off an iron when we requested one, which we truly appreciated.The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, it was a perfect vacation spot, and we’d love to come back again soon! Highly recommend!

Beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean and fun to watch the boogie boarders from the lanai. Very clean and tidy. The owners were super. We were there for the 4th of July and had a fantastic spot to watch the fireworks on the lawn just below. Also conveniently close to Royal Kona Tennis Courts and town. A nice relaxing stay…thanks!

There are so many things that we appreciated about this vacation paradise, but the location is the star of the show. You really can't beat it for ease of access to historic Kona and the ocean. We spent every morning and happy hour on the Linai.We loved all the attention to detail in this top floor apartment. The dragonfly light fixtures and golden sink fixtures were our favorites. We also really appreciated the mirrors which gave us even more ocean views and sunset lighting. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and made it easy for us to fall asleep after long days exploring.The owners were very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. We hope to be back soon!

Kona Reef is perfect location for walking to beach immediately South and town to North. You can walk to entertainment district and avoid town parking fees. We believe A34 unit has single best view of 1 bedroom units at Kona Reef, which is renowned for Ocean Front views due to proximity to ocean,

What makes this property unique

View and location. Also, delighted with gut/remodel that I and my friend (retired master finish carpenter) completed. We did several extra construction steps to highlight the already fantastic view. Involved time and money that most owners would not take on with an outside contractor. Love the look of the special order lighting, sinks, and faucets. But, unhappy with the scratches in the LV flooring. I will find solution for this.
