The house has been designed to take advantage of its location, presenting a seamless flow from the indoors to the out. It boasts fantastic views from the bedrooms, the modern kitchen, the open plan living/dining area and both decks.

Aqua beachfront has pay TV and DVD player, R/C split system air conditioning downstairs and ceiling fans upstairs, 2 elephant showers and a bath. There is a fully appointed kitchen complete with granite bench tops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and 900mm oven.

The house is NOT pet friendly.
