Orana House- Mannum Waters

Standing tall at Mannum Waters Marina Lookout, Orana House has unspoilt views of the River Murray at Mannum Waters Marina. This estate sits proudly elevated and offers 2 storey accommodation suitable for families or a group of friends travelling together.

Only a short 10 minute drive from the township of Mannum, the new development of Mannum Waters Marina feels like you are escaping to your own piece of the Riverland in a quiet and scenic location with local shops, facilities, restaurants and even a golf course only a short drive away.

Orana House is a self contained modern accommodation offering 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, opening living and dining, rumpus room and plenty of space for entertaining. Sleeps a maximum of 10 people. This is the ultimate getaway for shorter or longer stays. Please note that the property is not waterfront. It has magnificent views of the river as it sits proudly at the highest peak at Mannum Waters Lookout.

Mannum Waters Marina recently developed a public boat ramp for easy access to the Murray River only a 2 minutes drive away.

There is no permanent spot for mooring when booking Orana House

Unfortunately, Orana House is not pet friendly, hence unable to accommodate for our furry friends. Thank you for your understanding.

We also cannot accept bookings for Bucks or Hens or similar type parties. Thank you for you understanding.

Sleeping

Orana House features four beautifully, comfortable and well appointed bedrooms each with their own built in wardrobe, air conditioning in every room of the property.

The master suite on the top floor has spacious surroundings and features glass sliding doors which open out to the balcony. Perfect spot to enjoy the views of the river with some wine and cheese. It also features a walk in wardrobe, own ensuite plus a queen size bed.

Downstairs you will find three more bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a queen size bed and the last has a single bed, double bed and an extra single bed floor mattress.

Some bed linen is provided, you will need to bring fitted sheets for mattresses and towels during your stay. We can provide for an additional cost. Please request for this prior to your stay.

For your comfort, please respect the 10 person maximum. For breaches of this, Orana House Owners reserve the right to deduct monies from the refundable bond.

Entertainment

Orana House is an entertainers haven, perfect choice for that special occasion whether it be for the next family holiday, friends get together, couples retreat or for that special birthday or anniversary celebrations. Please respect the property, it’s contents and neighbours. Loud and unwanted parties will be shut down and bond deducted.

The estate was particularly designed with this in mind. Featuring a large open space fully equipped kitchen and dining, a spacious top floor balcony with BBQ facilities including outdoor seating for the whole family. Suitable for all seasons but especially on those summer days to take in the breathtaking river views. The house also includes two televisions, a pool table, stereo system, DVD player and board games. There is no internet connection / wifi.
