About this property

Prestige - Pool, Spa And Million Dollar Views - Mt Martha

Located in one of Mount Martha's most prestigious streets, this four bedroom coastal house has direct views of the entire iconic South Beach. Walk across the road to the beach, South Beach café and onward to Mt Martha village - you will not need your car again if you are keeping things local.

Enter the house into open plan area with views over the beach and the bay. Fold back glass doors turns this area into indoor/outdoor depending on the weather. The Living area has large couches, fireplace, Smart Tv with Fetch and sound bar. The living area also opens to Solar heated pool and Gas spa. The pool deck includes patio with couches, lounges and incorporates an inground trampoline BBQ area.

Large Kitchen has an Island bench with four stools, all modern appliances, coffee machine, microwave and walk in pantry. This downstairs area is serviced by an inbuilt split system offering cooling and heating as well as in floor hydronic heating.

Two bedrooms are located downstairs, along with family bathroom , office, laundry with washing machine and dryer, and a second living area/ kids retreat with couches, gas fireplace and wall mounted Smart Tv.

There are a further two bedrooms upstairs including Master, and a third living area/ parent retreat with gas fireplace, air conditioning, large couch, wall mounted Smart Tv and opening to undercover balcony with panoramic views of Bay, beaches and City.

There is a two car garage and basketball ring and key at side of house.

A Gymnasium is a welcome addition for guests to use.

The house has wifi, pets will be considered on application
