About this property

Sale! Coastal King Suite near concerts, downtown, beach, & UNCW. Pets welcome!

Whether you’re on vacation or business, we'd like to extend a warm southern welcome! You'll feel like you're on vacation the moment you arrive at our large attached private studio with code entrance, bathroom with a small shower, king bed, bunk bed (single & double beds), and fold down couch. This is a centrally located (north Wilm) attached mother-in-law suite in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood 10 minutes from Wrightsville Beach, UNCW, downtown Wilmington, Mayfaire shopping center, movie studio and airport.

Included are a mini-fridge, microwave, electric skillet, coffee maker and coffee bean grinder, wifi, and television with HBO Max and Hulu. We have a play kitchen for children and games for everyone.

This studio is self-sufficient so access is to your suite only. There's a patio just outside next to all the beach equipment you will need.

Wonderful place for a short stay.

A tastefully decorated and comfortable place with all the amenities you could need for a short stay. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze and the host was always quick to respond with any questions I had. The space was very clean and the combination of the a/c unit and ceiling fan worked perfectly for keeping the space cool even on hot days. Almost anything you want to do is located within a 15-20 minute drive even during heavy traffic hours. The space is also very private and quiet, at no point in the stay did I feel like I was in someone elses house.

Convenient to Wilmington and the beaches

We were in Wilmington for two nights to see friends. This property more than met our expectations. Very private, quiet, and in a nice neighborhood. We never met April, but she was very attentive to any needs that may arise during our stay. We didn't have any needs and would definitely stay here again.

Mother’s Day weekend

My wife loved the suit April build. It’s amazing, spacious, clean and she has everything you need if you happen to forget something. It’s pet friendly and April is such a great host! I mean she thought of everything from beach toys, supplies, towels and toiletries. It was last minute for me with getting work off and the pricing was perfect. This was the perfect spot for our weekend fishing trip.

Huge room with plenty of space. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Big fluffy towels, nice coffee pot, dining table, small fridge. Everything we needed and more. And the biggest plus… April was very accommodating. And communication with her was super easy. We will definitely be back!

Location was great. Communication was fine. Size of place fine, bed slept good. Shower was too small for a frown man. The place was very nasty or should I say an uncleaned unit. The air condition vents had so much dust in them that we could hardly breathe. And I think that was part of what made the place so dirty and dusty. Would be a great little place if it was thoroughly cleaned!

I expected this bad review before they ever arrived. Other hosts know what I'm referring to. I'm not sure what happened between the fantastic reviews before and after your stay but the suite is thoroughly clean.
