Checkin instructions were not provided and no response to Stayz inbox messages. Contacted the host mobile (received from Stayz) in the morning- no response.. 1 hour before checkin contact again to which I have to send payment receipts and my bank transaction to the host - This is absolutely ridiculous.. Response was that it was a booked a day before long weekend starts and it was not processed … to me it doesn’t matter, this tells that the host company is not prepared. Now the property — pretty bad..- No internet - TV remote doesn’t work- Shower screen in one bathroom doesn’t open/close. 2 families with kids ended up using only 1 shower which just adds the time..- Beds are not comfortable - Doors doesn’t open/close properly.- Bathroom door even though closed, has gaps that reveal- don’t even want to explain..- Top of the bunk beds is at the same level as fan.. This is very unsafe and definitely doesn’t meet the requirements to be rented out..Start to finish was terrible experience..Unsure how the property received positive reviews in the past…Definitely wouldn’t recommend this property..
