Dalmeny Shores Downstairs Studio offers exceptional value, without comprimising location or comfort.

Bright and airy, with its own front patio entrance (1 step) and rear door with keyless entry.

The open plan room has a double bed made with fresh linen, a sitting area featuring a leather lounge and 40" wall mounted LCD TV, R/C airconditioning provided for optimum comfort and an ensuite bathroom and full kitchen facility.

The unit has its own motorised lockup garage. There is a patio outlook, though no beach view from this unit.

It is a gentle walk to park the car, then down to the shops that are almost next door, or a little further to view the estuary and beach reserve.

Dalmeny Shores Accommodation suits the single, couple or extended family

In addition to the studio, Dalmeny Shores offers a delightful 2-storey 3 bedroom house with bedding for 10, an upstairs 2 bedroom unit, sleeping 5 and ground level 2 and 3 bedroom villas, sleeping 5 and 7. Each is very separate and fully self contained. Please see our other listings.

An interconnecting door may be unlocked between studio and house, when booked together, by arrangement.

This is a great little studio apartment. Very convenient location and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were extra appreciative of the air conditioning over the weekend, when it was 39 degrees!

Relaxing Stay

Travelled from Canada to visit our daughter and grandchildren. Location was fabulous. Walking distance within minutes to the beach, local grocery store, cafe, takeaway food. The studio apartment was clean, spacious for two people, and comfortable. Communication with owners was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. Frequently checked in that we were enjoying our stay. Will definitely stay here again for future visits.

A little treasure

Great location, we were able to park the car and enjoy walking to the beaches, is close to great food at the Seafood & Burger shack. loved the air conditioning after a warm day. We took advantage of the full kitchen, with supplies from the IGA next door and full size fridge, Yay. its an older building, and so is the decor. The bathroom linens and pillows could use an update. It was very nice and quiet. till a herd of guests arrived in the flat above, we were woken regularly by noise from above.

Very sorry for noise from another group, we do ask guests to be considerate of others and no noise between 10pm and 7am and most all oblige. Excellent Property - Great Stay!

We stayed in the Dalmeny Shores Downstairs Studio over the weekend and had the most wonderful stay. We had to book very last minute and were not due to arrive in Dalmeny until very late in the evening. The hosts were so responsive, friendly and accommodating and the property was in immaculate condition. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay with beach views! Thank you for being so hospitable!
