This condo is wonderful. The furnishings are excellent, very comfortable and modern. Beds are very comfortable. It is located in a very nice neighbor, very quiet and sidewalks are available for walkers. I was very content here.

The best furnished rental in Tallahassee

We were looking for furnished rental for a few months before moving to tallahassee and got so lucky to find this place. It has everything you need for a short weekend to 3+ months like our long stay. For us, the location is about as good as it gets. We were able to get everywhere we wanted to go in just 10-15 mins (often times much less). The living space is open and clean with great natural light and the couch is so comfortable. My husband really appreciated the large smart tv set up. The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances and everything you need for cooking.The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is updated. We didn’t expect to spend much time on the back deck when we booked the home but we found ourselves out there quite a bit enjoying the wooded view and birds. Kari is a wonderful host! After such a wonderful long stay, we were sad to leave. You won’t find a better rental!

Perfect Tallahassee stay

I had a great stay in this property! Safe and comfortable location close to everything. I had a wonderful time in this comfortable home for 5 weeks, truly a home away from home. I love the quiet neighborhood, it’s a nice place to go for walks. It was a super easy commute to the hospital for my clinicals, and plenty of local eateries and places to relax nearby. The owner is easy to communicate with and super helpful. I wish I could stay longer!

Vacation with variety

Lovely ‘townhouse’ property in quiet neighbourhood. Songbirds were abundant right outside the door. Golfed often at Summerbrooke ( 10 min drive away . Greenways in abundance. Huge open kitchen living room. Comfortable beds. Everything perfect. Only struggled with Apple TV a bit due to our limited technology skills. Owner was very helpful and accommodating.
