We were so impressed with the property, set up, cleanliness & the thoughtful extras such as the Nespresso Machine with pods, full pantry & all the kitchen appliances & crockery, cutlery etc. you could need. Spending time on the lovely outdoor decking & infront of the fire was lovely. The owner was so lovely, giving advise on the area as well as being very accomodating.
So close to the hot springs, shops & the beach.
I cannot recommend this property enough. We will definitely be back.
Thank you so much Denise

This was an excellent experience for us, the house is clean and modern and communication with the host was excellent. Simple and easy check in check out and overall an excellent experience. Highly recommended, will stay here again.
Lovely home, bedrooms were hot in the middle of summer as the AC is in the lounge room. Back door was locked so yard was only accessed by the laundry. Host left a lovely box of choc for our stay

Close to the beaches and shops. Big enough house to accommodate a big family. Nice backyard. Kitchen appliances and cutleries, plenty, don't need to bring any. Lenin and towels, plenty. Highly recommended, very happy
The house is spacious, modern, clean and stylish. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms warm. There is an open fire.
The host was very responsive.
Very close to the hot springs so perfect for a trip there.

Perfect Family and Pet getaway
Our arrival was greeted with a perfect clean and warm atmosphere house . Owners ensured that everything was ready for our arrival . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and it was difficult to get the children out of the house to the beaches as they were so comfortable being in the house . Owners ensured by SMS if everything was alright on our arrival and also checked with us the following day if everything was fine . We are looking forward to returning back next year

About the host
Hosted by Denise Castro
We are an outgoing couple who love to travel, food and wine (who doesn't) arts, culture and spending time with family and friends. On the weekends you will find us at a new restaurant, exhibition, or catching a game of footy at the MCG.
Why they chose this property
We decided to purchase a property in Rye as we had family and friends in the area, and often travelled to the Mornington Peninsula to visit wineries and spend time at the beach. Ideally our home will become more than a holiday house, and we will move to Rye permanently in our retirement.
What makes this property unique
When entering the property you will immediately notice the simple open plan layout which makes great use of natural light. The large sliding doors create a great indoor/outdoor living environment. It doesn't matter if you are visiting in winter or summer, as the house is far enough from the beach that you avoid the hustle and bustle and in winter can enjoy comfort of the indoor fireplace.
