About the host
Hosted by Denise Castro
We are an outgoing couple who love to travel, food and wine (who doesn't) arts, culture and spending time with family and friends. On the weekends you will find us at a new restaurant, exhibition, or catching a game of footy at the MCG.
Why they chose this property
We decided to purchase a property in Rye as we had family and friends in the area, and often travelled to the Mornington Peninsula to visit wineries and spend time at the beach. Ideally our home will become more than a holiday house, and we will move to Rye permanently in our retirement.
What makes this property unique
When entering the property you will immediately notice the simple open plan layout which makes great use of natural light. The large sliding doors create a great indoor/outdoor living environment. It doesn't matter if you are visiting in winter or summer, as the house is far enough from the beach that you avoid the hustle and bustle and in winter can enjoy comfort of the indoor fireplace.
