Classic low key 20th century beach house, two-storey with large deck and beautiful sea view. Generous air-conditioned living and dining space, modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.

Bedroom 1 has 1x Queen size bed; Bedroom 2 has 1 x double bed; Bedroom 3 has 2 x single beds.

Great deck with BBQ and sea view, elevated aspect, surrounded by native trees. Large yard with kids treehouse.

Retro feel with record player and vinyl collection, separate CD player and speakers, TV/DVD, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave.

150m to kids playground, 800m to Cape Paterson shops, pub and beach.

As always, we have enjoyed our stay at the Moonah Blue house very much. It is exactly what we need. The house has got everything you need for a shorter or longer stay. Michael is very approachable and accommodating. We hope to be able to return again next year.

October getaway

Awesome place and location, 70s style home with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Brought back lots of happy memories of growing up in the 70s and 80s would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

We spent 3 weeks here over the Christmas / NY period and loved it. The house had everything our family needed and it was neat and well equipped and perched high amongst the trees. We've stayed here before and I'm sure we'll stay again.

Blue House at Cape Paterson

A very lovely place to stay. It was close to the beach, very clean and had all amenities one could require. Fresh coffee for plunging was supplied and was a very nice touch.

Great beach house straight out of the 60s complete with flying ducks on the wall. Good location just a short walk to good coffee and beach. Comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Will book again

Relax in nature

An old school original 1970s beach house, we relaxed in the deck amongst trees in a beautiful native garden. The house is comfortable, light and has character. 5 minute drive to surf beach no 1, great spot to unwind and chill. Host was great with communication and problem solving. Great games, puzzles and dvd collection.

My wife and I along with our two sons have just spent 2 weeks over Christmas/ New Year at the house. We have been going to Cape Paterson for Christmas for around 6 years and this was our best holiday ever. The house was great. Living areas are spacious and light filled, ocean views which is rare at Cape houses, great with bedrooms up and downstairs and an internal staircase which is also rare. The house was also well fitted with everything we needed. We liked it so much that we've already booked again for next Christmas. We highly recommend this property.
