Kunzea - Freycinet Holiday Houses

Kunzea is situated in the heart of the Coles Bay village. Leave the car behind and walk or ride within minutes to all local shops, the tavern, and the boat ramp. The property is located on the road that leads to the entrance of Freycinet National park just a few minutes drive away.

Kunzea overlooks native forest reserve (with walking tracks) on the street side and backs onto the Doris and Rita Reserve, an area of native bush which is accessed from the back gate and host to a number of short walks – one of which leads to a lookout point with views over Great Oyster Bay.

The property is bathed in all day sunshine, with morning sun flooding the living area and afternoon sun filling the rear patio and backyard. There is a spa bath in the ensuite bathroom.
Kunzea at Freycinet has a great entertainment deck where you can enjoy outdoor dining and a large BBQ is supplied.

Stylishly designed with your comfort in mind, this is a great holiday house for a couple or family and friends.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped and has an espresso machine for the coffee lovers.
The lounge, dining and kitchen is open plan.

There is a large screen TV in the lounge (with Chromecast) and a 2nd TV in the main bedroom – free wifi is provided.

This property can sleep up to 5 guests, with the use of a rollaway bed. There is a queen bed in the main bedroom, a double bed in the second bedroom and a rollaway bed to accommodate a child.

This holiday house has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay close to the National Park (home to Wineglass Bay) and many other attractions.

Lovely place

The house was very well set out, and in a great location. Had a lovely view of the hazards. It was just a shame there was a big hole in the kitchen tap which spurted everywhere! But otherwise loved it.

Amazing location in the heart of Coles Bay, but property listing is a little misleading as the photos appear old/not terribly accurate. We enjoyed our stay overall but the property feels more like a shack than what we were expecting. Needs a deep clean and a glow-up for the price to feel fair.

This was a very comfortable property as a base for our visit to Freycinet. It was very clean, with great linens, towels and bathroom supplies. The location is excellent, close to the Coles Bay facilities and to the national park.

Cozy little home perfect for Wineglass Bay area

This property was a cute, cozy little home that was perfect for the Wineglass Bay Area. It was close to facilities (e.g., shops, the national park) and stunning views. It was clean and the property was exactly the same as listed online. Would recommend this to people who want to stay close to the Wineglass Bay lookout walk (10 min drive).

Great location and lots of space.

The property was large and well set-up with everything you need for a beach holiday. It had been cleaned well but as a pretty old, typical Tasmanian shack, it has seen better days. We also had some issues with communication with the property manager regarding whether we could bring our pet - the property was listed as pet friendly but we were told only weeks before our stay that we couldn't bring one along. As we had booked the property months earlier I was disappointed to be given such short notice as it was too late to book anything else. The property helped us out in the end and everything was resolved but I wasn't thrilled with the experience.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay, the property is very clean and comfortable. Customer service was excellent, our stay fell into a lock down period in southern Tasmania, staff were informative and supportive. Recommend changing the photo on your website as the current photo with previous furniture doesn’t do it justice. Would stay here again. Thank you 😊

Great little holiday house

This is a great little holiday house to getaway. Spa bath is a plus and comfortable couches. only downside is no tv channels working but there is a Chromecast on the loungeroom tv

Absolutely loved staying there!

One of the best places we’ve stayed at! Everything was perfect. I’m really grateful that such an awesome place like this allows dogs to stay as well , we’ll definitely go back there again.

Thank you for a lovely stay, we wished we could’ve stayed longer. The tub was great after the afternoons hike. Comfy bed, coffee machine, quality cook ware and the mega boom all helped us to enjoy our stay. The view on subset out on the balcony was amazing.

Comfortable home away from home

We loved our stay, the property was lovely and clean on the inside. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need, the coffee machine was an added bonus. The only negative was the street appeal of the house, the yard needs a good overhaul. Nothing a gardener couldn't Fix
