Windsors Edge Rothbury Cottage - Centrally Located

Windsors Edge Rothbury Cottage is located on 125 acres in the heart of the Hunter wine region with magnificent bush and country views over to the stunning Brokenback Range.
The cottage has 2 queen bedrooms sharing a spacious bathroom with shower and large two person spa bath (separate toilet). An additional single rollaway bed is available for your extra guest (on request only). The light and airy kitchen/diner is equipped with electric stove top (no oven), microwave, Nespresso machine, large fridge/freezer and plenty of dining space. The comfy lounge area has a slow combustion wood fire for those winter months with firewood provided and reverse cycle air-conditioning for all year round comfort. On your private verandah you will find a gas barbeque and outdoor setting to enjoy the view of our resident family of kangaroos whilst enjoying a pre-dinner drink.
Without leaving the estate you can stroll the estate, enjoying the vineyard views and finishing the day with a tasting of some award winning wines at the Ballabourneen cellar door. Eating out is easy, with the renowned Amanda's on the Edge an easy walk from your cottage.
WiFi is currently not available at the property, however please bring your own personal device as there is great Telstra coverage at the Estate.
Windsors Edge Estate consists of 2 x 2 bedrooms cottages, a large 5 bedroom residence, a 4 bedroom homestead (all completely private), a cellar door and the fantastic Amandas on the Edge restaurant, all nestled in their own quiet secluded spot overlooking Rothbury creek and the vineyards.
Please note that this property is NOT pet friendly.
