WILLIAM BAY LOFT - ONE OF THE CLOSEST HOLIDAY HOMES TO GREENS POOL!

The property is situated in William Bay just minutes from Greens Pool, Elephant Rocks & Madfish Bay on a beautiful 5-acre bush block with plenty of open space to explore.

William Bay Loft is an ideal retreat for couples, friends and families. The house has three bedrooms with open-plan living and dining. With wide timber decks there is a BBQ and wooden table and chairs overlooking the back yard viewing birds, kangaroos plenty of wildlife.
There is also a hot/cold shower outside great for rinsing off after swimming at Greens-pool.

The property has three bedrooms and can sleep up to six guests. The first bedroom is on the ground floor and includes a queen-sized bed. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. The downstairs has an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with a combustion woodfire. There are also laundry facilities.<
There is a section to the house with strictly no guest access. This area is not occupied whilst guests are staying at the property.

William Bay Loft is perfect for a digital detox! As the property is in a rural area, there is no access to WiFi and minimal to no phone reception. A mobile booster at the property enables some signal for Telstra users only and is dependent on weather and demand.

Guest have full access to the main house. There is a locked of section of the house that is not assessable to guests. This section is not occupied whilst guests are staying in the house.

Adequate and basic

Close to beach, Really difficult to contact owner due to no Wifi, and no phone reception. Have contacted upon return via App and no reply as we had two less guests. Lucky really as they were adults and upstairs rooms are hot and tiny. The bath was extremely slippery as the shower was over the bath. Not suitable for elderly or disabled.The television is tinny and basic. Adequate and expensive for what is provided.
