About this property

Dromana Bay Views Retreat

Facilities include air-conditioning, gas log fireplace and a SOLAR heated swimming pool. There is a large balcony overlooking the bay with outdoor seating and a gas barbeque.

There is a total of 4 bedrooms.
1. Master Bedroom - Queen bed,
2. Bedroom Room - Double bed,
3. Kids Bedroom - Single bed and bunk bed,
4. Studio (external) - Double bed.

It is suitable for families with a maximum of 8 guests.
Linen and towels are provided. The driveway is very steep.
There is no wifi, but amazing views & fun to be had.

No Smoking Indoors. If you smoke outdoors, please be responsible and don't leave your butts / rubbish in our backyard / garden / pot plants.
Please respect our neighbours, no loud music or parties.

Pool is serviced weekly (Friday am) in summer

* Outdoor areas including swimming pools, outdoor decking and balconies are not used between 11pm and 7am.
* Occupants are aware of waste disposal arrangements
(1 rubbish bin & 1 recycle bin) and excess waste is removed.

We have stayed multiple time times at the Dromana Bay Views Retreat before. The hosts have been very helpful and easy to communicate with, as always. The house has been recently updated, with the balcony and backyard gaining a lot from the update. We would like to stay here again in the future, if we can.

The host, Melissa, was very welcoming and responded promptly to emails and requests. My husband and I stayed comfortably with our 2 teens, our younger son, and our mothers. We were all very pleased with our stay.The house is spacious with magnificent views. The private pool is solar-heated, which is perfect for Victoria's cooler summer days.I know it is listed and we were well aware, but this property would be absolutely perfect if it had a dishwasher and wi-fi. I would book this property again.

Great time in Dromana (again)

It was our seventh or eights stay in this particular Dromana house and we had great time there, as before. The house is clean, the location is private and quiet, with excellent views. The hosts respond to any queries quickly and constructively. We hope to spend more time in this house in the future.

Great views in Dromana

This is our third stay at this property. We like it a lot, as it has a beautiful view across the Port Phillip bay, offers a lot of space and privacy.

Ok found stairs very dangerous I fell twice no railing Going down to pool also. Very uneven and dangerous my friends that came fell over Only Chanel 9 works on both tvs upstairs The place needs upgrading needs a dishwasher For one person it’s ok but for more not good Found the bedroom downstairs you have to go upstairs during the night if you need to go to toilet The whole garden needs maintenance Would I stay there again no! Would I Recomend it definetly not Fir the price there is so much better I regret staying there

Home away from home

Thank you Melissa for allowing us to stay at your rental property, And for always being prompt to respond to any questions, the views were beautiful, your house was a home away from home, we were all so fortunate to enjoy the pool, the pool is in the best location with the sun on it from sunrise to sunset, so the water was always warm, we all enjoyed playing pool, but would be good to have an outdoor setting down stairs, overall a very clean house except for the window seals, The location is central not far to drive anywhere, the only complaint is the TV in the main bedroom doesn’t have good reception on many channels and the steep driveway, but l would Highly recommend this rental and l would consider returning. Amazing views

We spent most of our week sitting on the balcony enjoying the amazing views of the bay. The pool was also fantastic. An older property in need of some renovation, garden maintenance and cleaning (and a bathroom for the downstairs bedroom). Otherwise, a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
