- Fully equipped kitchen with a pod coffee machine, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave.
- Luxury bathroom featuring a free-standing bath and frameless glass shower.
- Laundry room with a washing machine and outdoor hanging line.

Enjoyable stay

Property had all amenities and facilities we needed including WiFi for the kids to use their ipads. Back yard was overgrown and full of weeds and under dining room table wasn't vacuumed upon arrival for us. Having small kids, they find every little thing! Under beds and corners were full of dust in bathrooms. Beds were super comfy, showers were lovely and clean and had full water pressure. Kitchen was large enough to cook in and living room had plenty of space and comfy couches. Accessing the property and check in was easy and the property owners were lovely and happy to assist. Property was very close to the main shops, within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again one day. Thank you for an enjoyable stay

Property was nice and neat, well laid out, tastefully decorated. Also close to all local facilities & amenities. Nice quiet spot too! Visitors did notice that cleaning was not very thorough. Walkways clean, but skirting boards, window sills & door tracks dirty. Worth cleaning under couches & clearing the thick layer of sand found under living room rug! These things are easily fixed along with a quick check of bedroom lamps - we popped a couple of globes in.

The property at Ocean Grove met all of our expectations and needs for our 4 day family get together. The location was ideal as it allowed us to catch up with extended family members living at various locations on the Bellarine Peninsular. We arrived at the townhouse and found it easy to gain access. The accommodation was clean and welcoming. Parking wasn't a problem, and we found it just a short walk to shops and restaurants. Thank you Karl, for offering such outstanding accommodation.
