It has 1,630 sqft in a quiet and safe community, the house has a private pool, free private parking, free wifi, cable TV, in addition to chair service to eat and cradle for babies, located close to many restaurants, shops, outlets, golf clubs and just minutes away from the main theme parks of Disney / Universal / Legoland.

Bait and switch! Don’t rent from this property owner. VRBO is no help either.

The property listed here was what we originally reserved. At the last minute, we get an email that the rental has been "upgraded" to a different property. Since we just disembarked from a cruise and was travelling to the VRBO rental, we decide to roll with it and go to the new property. What a mistake that was. Upon arriving, the property has overgrown bushes, tree branches all over the walkway to the front door. Upon entering the house, the smell of garbage and old dirty carpet hits you. All the AC vents were covered in dust. The rooms only had half the lights working, 2 of the 4 toilets had toilet paper. The walls had holes which were poorly patched with plaster, the couch was half broken, so many things about this house which made our two night stay miserable. The neighborhood was much to be desired as well. No cell signal for any of us, only wifi was working. The AC also stopped working the first night. We contacted VRBO and they said it was policy that the property owners had a right to switch your rental to whatever they choose to. I will never use VRBO ever again.

Underwhelmed

After a crazy 2020 and our Disney plans were postponed, this house checked a lot of boxes in terms of location to parks. However, this house needs updating and a better cleaning service. The towels in the guest bathroom (and on the floor) had strands of hair on it. Ants along windowsill, Lightbulbs were out in multiple bathrooms. Beds were so uncomfortable with the exception of the master. One couch for a house that offers 8+ guests. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectation after viewing the pictures, but it was close to the parks which made traveling with a toddler easier.

Nice stay, worth the price

Enjoyed the stay here, location was also great. Only downside was the home supplies. Not enough towels, toilet paper and paper towels provided.

Beautiful Home Away From Home

Our family stayed in this beautiful home for 5 days and 4 nights to visit Disney World, which is approximately 20 minutes away. We are a family of 6 and we even brought our dog. This house was everything that was advertised. Large spacious home and the kids loved the beautiful pool. I can not say enough great things about this property. It has everything you need to feel at home. The location is perfect for going to Disney World and lots of stores and restaurants close by. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were very welcoming. The property managers were easy to contact. The price just can’t be beat, cheaper than any hotel around. Our family loved staying here and will definitely be coming back for years to come!
