Sea Breeze - A Great Family Getaway

Sea Breeze is a 4 bedroom accommodation which comfortably sleeps 8 people. The property is based in the great crabbing community of Port Clinton located on the beautiful Yorke Peninsula which is an easy 1 hour & 20 minute drive from Adelaide.
Located centrally to many of the towns facilities. We are a 100m walk to the beach & local shop & a 3 minute walk to the play park, communal bbqs & community swimming pool.

The property consists of:-
A large living area with two comfortable lounges, large screen tv & separate dvd player.
There is a large split system air conditioning unit located in this area which adequately covers the main body of the property. There are ceiling fans in the Queen bedrooms. There is also a wood burning stove in the living area for winter use.
A music tower is also provided with radio, usb charging point & docking station facility.
There are also board games provided for all the family's entertainment.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a rumpus area for the children with beanbags, tv (with built in dvd player). There is also a wii machine & playstation 3 and a variety of electronic games for both & a selection of children's movies.
Central to the shack is a well kitted out kitchen, complete with dishwasher, 4 slice toaster, microwave, sandwich maker & Coffee Machine (uses Caffitaly/Aldi pods). A large pantry & plenty of cupboard space is provided for food storage.
Between the kitchen & living room is an 8 seat dining area commanding lovely views towards the sea.
For those not wishing to cater for themselves, the Town of Port Clinton has a Community Club House with good food & reasonably priced meals.
To the front of the property, there is a deck with 4 Adirondack chairs & cushions for relaxing, taking in the sea views, reading a book or even an afternoon snooze. This area is also equipped with a large family BBQ for entertaining.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed, walk in robe & ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed with a wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 has 2 x single beds with a chest of drawers.
Bedroom 4 has a double bed with a chest of drawers.
There is a family bathroom, with shower & bath and separate vanity which services bedrooms 2, 3 & 4.
For the convenience of guests there is a laundry room with washing machine & powder supplied & an outdoor drying area with pegs.
Outside to the rear & side of the property, there is plenty of parking & space to play as well as an outdoor shower for those returning from the beach.
Please note that this property is not fenced in to the front, so not suitable for pets or small children.
Linen & towels (except beach towels) are included.
