Memories by the Sea - Esplanade position!

MEMORIES OF THE SEA is an updated 3 bedroom holiday home on the Esplanade that accommodates up to 8 guests with lovely sea views! Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout!

Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven/stove top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods), island bench. Dining with large L shaped lounge, Smart TV, ocean views, doors leading out to balcony. Separate seating area off kitchen.

High chair.

2 Bathrooms - main bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, deep bath, w/c - 2nd bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, w/c.

Laundry with front loading washing machine - BYO washing powder.

Iron and ironing board.

Fish cleaning facility. Clothesline.

Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Linen can be hired - $38.50 for queen per bed, $27.50 for single per bed. Linen includes pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per bathroom and tea towels, beds will be made up for your arrival. If you would like to hire linen you will need to let office staff know and total cost will be added to your booking manually by office staff.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - 2 x bunk beds

A beautiful white sandy beach awaits you at Tiddy Widdy which is located just around the corner. It's a small quiet beachside settlement just north of Ardrossan. Ardrossan has facilities such as Drakes Foodland, Bottle shop, Newsagency, Bakery, Bank and a Hotel.

Carport/Shed not for guests use.

No smoking inside

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

Nightly tariffs - cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees apply

Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay
$320 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$280 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
$260 per night

Lovely family holiday

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this house. It was super comfortable with all the things you need for an easy family getaway. Ducted air conditioning throughout, dishwasher, highchair, little trikes for kiddos, washing machine, extra beach toys, plenty of space etc. The beach was a quick walk away. Only thing we’d suggest is looking to replace the front steps as some are starting to be a bit rusted and wobbly. Would also be great to have fencing along the front verandah or front yard for a more secure / safe space with very little kids. Love that the lounge room has big glass doors you can open and enjoy the sea breeze and view from the lounge room.All in all a comfortable well equipped home where we enjoyed a lovely family holiday.
