Newly Renovated English Basement Apartment in North Petworth

One bedroom apartment with a private entrance in the quiet residential area of North Petworth. Close to public transportation and bike share. Car, electric bike and scooter share in the neighborhood. Overnight street parking always available. Large living area. Amenities include a washer and dryer, WiFi, TVs in the living area and the bedroom, mini-fridge, microwave oven, toaster oven, iron and ironing board. Fully furnished with all towels and bed linens.

Please note that access is through a short flight of stairs up from the street and then down into the apartment.

Maximum 7 nights consecutive booking.

Transportation Details:
Bus stop on the corner: Bus 62 and 63
Metro : Green and Yellow lines at the Petworth-Georgia Avenue Station, 1 mile walk or Bus 62 or 63. Red, Green and Yellow lines at the Fort Totten Station, 1 mile walk or Bus 64.
Two DC SmarTrip Metro Cards with $8 of transportation value included with each rental. A $2 deposit (included in the damage deposit) for each card will be refunded at the time of checkout.
Unrestricted street parking.

North Petworth is a mainly residential area in the Northwest corner of the District. There is a local supermarket and liquor store three blocks away. More shopping and restaurants are available within about a half mile on Upshur St. and Georgia Ave. Safeway on Georgia Avenue, Yes! Organic Market on Georgia Ave. and Giant on Park Rd. NW are the supermarkets with parking garages.

The apartment has an electronic lock. Guests will be provided with a unique access code one day prior to check in.

DC's Best Kept Secret

My only regret about this property is that I cannot give it more than 5 stars. Janice took care of every detail. From detergent pods for the washer to Metro cards. The place was spotless. I will most definitely be staying here again.
