We stayed here with two adults two teen agers and two kids. It was tight but worked for us since we spent most of our time running around down town. We stayed for ten days and never had any troubles or issues with the location, general neighborhood, or parking. As far as staying at this VRBO we a great experience. It was not big or fancy, however almost nothing in DC is from what I could tell. It helped afford the trip. Visitors to DC should be aware that there are a lot of traffic cameras and speed limits are lower than other places in the United States.

It fit the bill
The apartment was small, but clean. The listing had some inaccuracies but the owner went out of her way to rectify the issues we had. All in all I would stay again.

Super Cozy - Super Clean - Great Place to Stay !
I rented the place for five people (two adults and three teenage kids) our purpose was to site see and run DC as tourists, and yes we did :) Staying at this rental was very comfortable and clean. Our host was very responsive and able to help answer all questions we had. Overall I say it's in a perfect location for the downtown areas. Small but yet enough room to sleep everyone comfortably.
We saved a lot of money with using the full kitchen. Thanks again and we will visit again.

The property was very nice
We enjoyed our stay here at the flat. The place was very cozy and it had everything we needed. The bed slept so good, and I truly got some good nights rest. It was really close to down town for sight seeing. The only complaint I have was the place needed a bit cleaning. I had to clean the tub cause it was dirty. That was really minor to me. I recommend this place to anyone visiting DC. The owner is a great host! We enjoyed the extra touch of bottle wine, especially after a long day travel. That was awesome! I would definitely come back to stay again.

Great stay!
On business travel. Very cozy apartment furnished with style. Jacqueline, the owner, did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. It is very close to downtown, it served the purpose well. We'll definitely be back if in the area again.

This is a charming condo. Located on North Capital (the street that runs through the city) so there is easy access to everything. Additional the metro is a short walk away if you don't want to drive. It has plenty of free on-street parking which is prime for DC.
What makes this property unique
I am a mom and an educator, so I am also very informed on family-friendly events and exhibits.
