Avalon Preserve community is a gated community, conveniently located 10-15 min from Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island, minutes to shopping and dining. This nicely appointed ground level condominium has all you need to make yourself feel at home; 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms with den condo features a screened lanai with a wooded view, master bathroom with walk in shower and garden tub, guest bathroom with tub/shower combination, 2 HDTVs, updated kitchen, washer/dryer, gas grill and 2-car garage and free wi-fi. Beds: K/Q/Q. Sleeps 6.
Avalon Preserve Community amenities include clubhouse, pool, billiards room, spa, and fitness center. Monthly minimum rental.
NOTE: The Avalon Preserve Condominium Association requires that a Lease Application is to be submitted 60 days prior to arrival. The Lease application requires that a criminal background check be ran on all adults occupying the rental for the term of the lease $25 per adult U.S., $35 per adult Canadian, $85 per Adult Overseas Lease application fees are included in the reservation total upon booking.
Online reservations accepted only from the first of the month to the end of the month during peak season months. Call for help with special requests. Monthly minimum rental
