The Space:

This property is the ultimate beach shack, right on the waterfront of the famous and breathtakingly beautiful, Mollymook Beach.



Here, you can wake up to the sound of the waves breaking on the shore, sit on the front deck sipping on a hot cup of tea in the morning or enjoying an afternoon cocktail and cheese board, all whilst admiring the breathtaking and uninterrupted views of the beach. If you are lucky enough you may even spot a pod of dolphins or two surfing the waves. Honestly, would you want to be anywhere else.



The house has a relaxed beach-house vibe and everything you need for an unforgettable beach holiday. Two storey, with all rooms including the kitchen and lounge are upstairs, the laundry is downstairs, as is the carport which can house 1 car only.



The house is light and airy and includes TV and DVD, Radio etc however there are no mod cons with this property. Ocean's Kiss is the ideal location to get away from the hustle and bustle, and experience all that Mollymook and the South Coast has to offer.



This property can get quite chilly through the winter months, so please make sure you pack some extra warm clothes and warm blankets. There are a few oil heaters at this property to take some chill out of the air.

Please be advised that this property is self contained but not serviced. Everyday items including pantry items and personal items are not provided. There are local supermarkets in Ulladulla, only a short 4 minute drive from Ocean's Kiss, there is Coles, Woolworths and Aldi.



If you feel like dining out after a day at the beach, Bannisters Pavilion is only minutes walk away. The Rooftop Bar & Grill is the perfect spot for a casual dinner and a cocktail or two. For something extra special visit world renowned chef,Rick Stein's restaurant at Bannisters Mollymook. Perched high up on a breathtaking sweep of South Coast Headland you can experience incredible seafood freshly caught and simply prepared - the hallmark of a Rick Stein kitchen(just 5 minutes drive).



Ulladulla and its picturesque harbour full of restaurants, cafes and boutiques is only a short drive away and the historic township of Milton is less than 10 minutes drive.



This property caters for couples and families. No parties or large group bookings are permitted. Failure to comply will lead to loss of security deposit and/or immediate termination.



Please be advised that validation is required for all bookings with Mollymook Milton Holidays, so you will receive email correspondence from us prior to your arrival requesting validation documents to be supplied. If you are not comfortable doing this online, please do not hesitate to contact us and we are most happy to do this for you over the phone.



This property has a strict no party policy. When booking this property the booking guest must be over the age of 21 , or accompanied by a parent/guardian.
