This elegant two-bedroom holiday home, within walking distance of the gorgeous Moana beach, will exceed your expectations for comfort, location and facilities. Downstairs is a lovely open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with reverse-cycle air-conditioning, large chaise lounge, TV and DVD (with numerous DVDs) and a six-seater dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped and adjacent to the kitchen is a second bathroom with toilet and shower. The dining room opens out onto an expansive, all-weather outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and outdoor seating for casual alfresco dining on those warm summer evenings.

In the backyard, there is a private grassed section perfect for making the most of the South Australia's Mediterranean climate. Climb the charming wooden staircase to the upper level where you will find two queen-size bedrooms, one with reverse-cycle air-conditioner and both with built-in robes. The main bathroom is spacious and features a separate shower and bath. The upstairs living boasts spectacular coastal views, and the comfy couch, additional dining table and reverse-cycle air-conditioner make it the perfect place to relax. All in all this holiday retreat has absolutely everything you need for the perfect getaway. With plenty to explore nearby, like the Moana Sands Conservation Park, the renowned wine region of McLaren Vale and the beautiful beaches virtually at your doorstep, the only thing missing here is you.

Perfect location . Close to beach .

Our stay was comfortable. However there were some issues which we have raised concerning the plumbing and cleanliness of the property.There was also a problem with large ants.

Rental property overprice for standard of accommodation, poor maintenance and substandard facilities

Refer addition survey for comments on maintenance required on property. Also, the property was advertised with a garage but this was not available (locked and used for storage by owners). The property did not provide value for money and we would not be renting it again.

Retreat near the beach

The house was neat and tidy. And the check-in convenient. The cost was on par with the standard of the property. We are not swimmers, but love to have a view of the sea in the distance, and in that way it was perfect for us. (At the same time the distance for walks on the beach is no more than 400m. Having to bring your own WiFi hot spot is quite unusual for properties these days.
