Downstairs is a lounge room with TV and DVD and stereo, 2 leather lounges, dining room with breakfast bar and full kitchen, laundry with a washing machine and also a powder room.
Free internet. Heating is with a reverse cycle air conditioner.
Upstairs is two bedrooms both with queen beds, the main bathroom with shower and double basins, hair dryer and soft towels. Heating, wall heater in the hallway.
In lounge room is a 6 inch innerspring mattress fold out bed that will sleep the 5th and 6th guests.
