Noosasville was a great spot for us. Relaxed short walk to cafes and restaurants. 20 second walk to riverbank. Super quiet. Apartment is clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Host was easy to reach and very helpful. Discovered we could catch a ferry to Hastings Street so no need to find a carpark in busy Noosa.
A real gem just off Noosa river. Easy and quick access to the river and restaurants. Accommodation is generous, modern and well appointed. Maria a super host. All boxes ticked. Will stay here again without hesitation.

Highly recommend. As described, everything in good order and better than most for self-catering purposes, good range of utensils and platters etc... We found the location quiet and a great area for walking to meals/drinks etc... Had 2 early 2o's daughters with us and plenty of room for us all. Easy to get into Noosa beach as well.
We stayed 5 nights and had a lovely stay without any issues.
We appreciated the close proximity to restaurants and the comfortable layout of the property together with the supplies and treats provided.
There are two bathrooms, a separate toilet (x3) and ample outdoor space.
The separate tv areas (one upstairs and one downstairs) would be great for parents and kids or also a second couple.
We recommend the Noosa National Park Coastal walk for the breathtaking landscapes and hidden beaches) Eumundi market and also visiting Sunshine and Peregian Beach.
We just loved all the varied landscapes, walking tracks and warm water. We’ll definitely visit Noosa again.
Our favourite restaurant was Sun Yum Guys and we also loved the local fish and chip shop the Red Emperor.

Love Gympie Terrace but...William...
We have stayed in Noosaville in Gympie Terrace 5 times and while this property is in a convenient location; a few aspects affected the overall comfort of our stay. On arrival, there was a musty smell; we noticed some cleanliness issues; dust on doors and surfaces, cobwebs on the walls and ceilings, dead bugs on the stair landing, and mould on the air-conditioning blades. There was residue on the toilet buttons and a hair from a previous guest on the bathroom wall.While we didn't raise these concerns with the host as they were travelling abroad with limited service. We do want to share this feedback in the hope it’s helpful. If someone is being paid to maintain the property, these details may fall short of the expectations the host has set.The only issue we contacted the host about was a fire alarm incident during the night/day, which required service technicians to attend and meant rearranging our plans for the day. The host, though in a different time zone, was responsive and did their best to assist under the circumstances.The balcony, while a nice addition, offers limited privacy due to close neighbouring units, and you can't view the water when seated; something to consider if outdoor space is a priority.We appreciated the host’s communication and hope this feedback is taken in this taken in the spirit of continuous improvement.
This ground floor, 2 story apartment is located in a great location within easy walking distance of coffee shops and restaurants. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by our hosts, Maria and Geoff who even had a welcome gift basket waiting for us. After a 20 hour flight from Ontario, Canada we were very appreciative of this gesture. The kitchen was well equiped with all the essentials: plastic wrap, foil, baggies, spices and even wooden skewers. There was also a mini food chopper, kitchen scale and french press. The beds were very comfortable and having an ensuite in each one was a bonus. A favourite spot was the large balcony off the main bedroom where you could sit, relax and watch the boats on the river as well as people walking by with their dogs. Not having a car for our 2 month stay, we found using the bus service a breeze. It was a 2 minute walk to the bus stop at the end of the street and the Translink Go Cards are simple to purchase and use. When we had an issue with the milk frother and another with the clothes dryer, a quick call to Maria was all it took and both were replaced quickly. There was some ongoing construction in the neighbourhood.

This apartment was a shock from the beginning. This property should not be listed. It was absolutely awful, the shower was filthy. The sheets on the bed belonged to the owners, so no nice white sheets or towels as expected. Not the usual towels ready on the bed. The toilets blocked up and a plumber had to be called. The oven was filthy, the cooktop was useless, took 30 mins to boil water for some potatoes. One of the front door locks didn't work. Disgusting toilet brushes. We negotiated prior to arriving that as we were staying 7 weeks we would be happy just to clean ourselves, little did we know that this meant the property was not presented or cleaned for arrival. The owner said they did it themselves. I had to buy towels as the ones they left in the cupboard were about 10 years old, hard and grubby The doona was just thrown over the bed, upside down as the buttons were on the top.After many emails and a phone call we left the property after 3 weeks. The owner agreed that the property needs renovation. It could still be CLEAN.The photos show it as it is but you can't see the problems. I have taken many photos to back up these comments. It just seemed that they didn't care.
We had a lovely time during our stay. The apartment was well appointed with everything you could think of to be comfortable during our stay. The welcome package was so thoughtful and well received. Early morning and evening walks where a pleasure with the location just meters away from the pristine Nossa River. Bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable, livong space is very comfortable. Many balconies to sit on and enjoy a coffee or afternoon cocktail. We will be back again and look forward to our next visit.
A wonderful 7 night stay. Located on a quiet one way narrow street. Walking distance to Gympie Terrace where you will find a couple of boutiques and heaps of restaurants. Short drive or a good walk to Hastings Street.
Close proximity to Noosa River which is a delight to walk beside on a good path at any time of day. Lots to do along the river: boats for hire, people fishing, tennis court for hire, small sandy and grassed areas with picnic tables or just sit and people watch and relax.
Beautifully decorated throughout. 2 bedrooms, both with ensuites is fabulous and a 3rd toilet downstairs. Well appointed kitchen with all that you need provided.
Both bedrooms had very comfortable mattresses and quality linen, with air con and ceiling fans should you need them.
A wonderful holiday destination and apartment with great communication with the host Maria.

This property is in a fabulous location-close to the river in a very quiet one way street. It is within walking distance to all of the best coffee shops, restaurants and clothes shops along Gympie Terrace and the river.
The property itself is tastefully decorated and has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. It has indoor and private outdoor living and dining spaces with easy access to the pool. We love to cook and one of our prerequisites was a good, well equipped kitchen. This apartment has that and much more. We highly recommend this property.

We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous and sensationally furnished apartment. Maria has incorporated such a relaxing vibe and definitely is a beautiful Zen feeling that verberates from every space. We were very stressed going in to this short break but the minute we arrived we immediately breathed out and felt fabulous!!
All spaces are well thought out and we cant wait to return in warmer weather to enjoy the BBQ qnd outdoor dining area.
Drifters was close to everything and such a quiet street. Private parking and such a quiet street with the river and a public Jetty to fiah only steps away.
Everything was as descibed and much much more 10/10.
Great communication with Maria and it is so obvious that Maria has travelled wide and far and has incorporated her travel knowledge and experience into this spectacular space.
I had read all of the other reviews before booking and apart from one winger at a wet tile in a storm this place will satisfy every single person!

Wonderful place to say. Round the corner to Gympie Tce which has plenty of restaurants, cafes and Pelican beach. The unit was well presented and had everything you needed. Would stay again in the future.

I love travel, art, languages, and spending time with family and good friends. Noosa offers great restaurants with sustainable food produce, pristine beaches, excellent hiking and a very laid back and friendly vibe. My husband and I love relaxing and spending time here because of the many things to experience here.
Why they chose this property
What attracted us most about this property was its close proximity to the water. As we enjoy kayaking and paddle boarding it's so easy to pop the board or kayak into the water 30 metres away. The bike tracks in this area are very safe, scenic and fabulous. We are walking distance to all supermarkets, and we ride down to the Noosa Gourmet Markets often. There are an abundance of restaurants walking distance away. In fact you may never need your car. The other feature we love about the unit is the private garden it offers with complete privacy.
What makes this property unique
The waterviews from the upstairs balcony are serene and once again the garden around the unit is unique and private. Even though it's just a 2 bedroom unit we have 2 living areas and each bedroom has its own ensuite and there is an extra toilet downstairs. There is loads of space. I've equipped the kitchen for people who like to cook as it really annoyed me when we used to rent holiday places ourselves with no amenities on the entertaining side. We have cleaners who use organic based products only and we try to steer away from any chemicals.
