Well situated and stocked. There were a couple of items that needed maintenance and host was extremely responsive and handled very quickly. Definitely recommend.

Handy Location

Needed a place to stay near our daughter and new granddaughter for a few days. Handy location near stores, park and beaches. Lots of public transport and quiet at night :)

The rooftop pool was closed which was not disclosed in the ad and was the reason we booked this place. Only after we made the non-refundable booking were we told but then it was too late. The owner offered to refund us but couldn't do it herself so we had to keep the booking. Room was adequate and clean and sunny. Doors in the hallways were loud. 20min walk down to the beach.

Sanja was offered a full refund and was given a check in 5 hours early. He a an also asked for a late check out. I don’t think it would have been possible to do enough for Sanja

Lovely studio apartment

Lovely apartment in a lovely location . Comfortable accommodation with everything you need . Bed was very comfortable and balcony was a great bonus in the evenings . Didn’t use the pool but was lovely and well maintained as was the whole apartment block .We only used for sleeping as we explored the surrounding area. Walked to coastal path from apartment from bondi to Bronte. Public transport very easy to negotiate. Area had lots of shops and eating places nearby . Would definitely come back again .

Ann is a wonderful hostess the apartment is great had a great stay close to shops and not far from the beach. The roof top pool is amazing. I would stay again.

Poor communication

When we arrived to bondi we had no idea about where we were meant to park our car, that we had to pay for, that we had previously arranged in the earlier emails, we had been trying to contact the property owner via, calls, texts and emails, we even had to speak to a neighbour to find out what to do with parking, we then worked it out, also wasnt sure if we were in the right car space, so we left our number on the windscreen incase. Ann so thoughtfully contacted us back by 8pm that night. We are from the country so we found this extremely difficult.

Untrue and unfair review. Clear Car parking details are emailed before arrival If email is not read car space would be hard to find..

Winning

Fascinating little place. Safe, secure building and lovely evening sunset on balcony. Up the hill from the beach, but walkable. After walk, you need to relax at the cleean rooftop pool and enjoy the glorious view with a (plastic) wine in hand. Decore is delightful, as was French fold-down bed. So grateful to get parking, as it is a nightmare around Bondi Road.
