Fabulous villa with the best sea and mountain views in Southern Spain. Just a 15 minutes walk from the beach, and 5 minutes by car. You will love it!
This is a very friendly and charming place located in the prestigious residential area of Almuñecar, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
You can walk along the beach or practice tennis, scuba diving and golf, all a short distance away. The villa is one hour away from Sierra Nevada Ski resort and a short distance from great restaurants and bars.
The villa has 3 double bedrooms, each with its own dressing room, 3 bathrooms, large living room with fireplace, modern fully equipped kitchen with all the electrical household appliances, laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, terrace with splendid sea views next to a private pool, stone built barbecue and TV with German and Spanish channels, parking, central heating. Only 10 minutes from historic and cultural center.

Vacances découverte en Andalousie

Super séjour démarré à Séville, puis passage à Cordoue avant de passer quelques jours à Almunecar. Maison très confortable avec un point de vue magnifique… on y serait tous resté Plongée, balades… que du bonheur

Great place to stay

Very well laid out and clean villa and very well equipped. Views from villa are magnificent. Is a lovely place to stay even without a car as taxi service is very efficient. Really enjoyed our stay.

Tolle Villa mit super Aussicht

Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen, mit einer sehr schönen Aussicht auf die Bucht und die Berge. Dazu ist es vor Ort sehr ruhig, sodass man sogar trotz der Entfernung und Höhenunterschiede das Meer rauschen hören kann. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht, die Küche ist optimal ausgestattet. Pool und Jacuzzi sind sauber und sehr gut, die Terrasse mit dem großen Grill bietet sowohl Schatten als auch Sonne. Ein ganz großes Lob geht an Patricia, die Besitzerin, und an Belinda, die Verwalterin, da wir während der Corona-Krise vor Ort waren, und früher in das Haus mussten, da wir sonst ohne Wohnung in Spanien fest gesessen hätten. Belinda hat dies innerhalb weniger Stunden koordiniert und wir konnten in ein frisch gesäubertes Haus einziehen, in dem alles super war. Dann mussten wir aufgrund der Situation wiederum früher abreisen, auch in dieser Situation waren beide absolut hilfreich und haben totales Verständnis gezeigt und uns kurzfristig geholfen bzw. dann auch das Geld für die letzten Tage der Buchung zurück überwiesen. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich und zeigt, was für tolle Menschen die beiden sind. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
