Stay in an immaculate, award winning Malishev home in the perfect, quiet location. Leave your car in the double lock up garage for the duration of your stay and enjoy the short walk to the beach, river, shops and Surf Coast Walk.

Modern home consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, formal lounge, open plan feature kitchen and dining and undercover alfresco.

Split system Air Conditioning and Heating with additional Nobo heating. Ceiling fans throughout.

Original paintings from local artist.

Quality fittings and furnishings throughout.

Bedroom 1 consists of 1 x QS bed, TV/DVD, walk in robe and en-suite with separate toilet.

Bedroom 2 consists of 1 x QS bed with BIR.

Bedroom 3 consists of 1 x double bed bunk with single over top, 1 x single bed, 1x rollaway bed with BIR.

Kitchen includes stainless steel appliances with dishwasher and microwave, complimentary tea, coffee and basic pantry items.

Dining table seats 6 with additional seating at the bench and a TV in the kitchen / dining area.

Undercover Alfresco with outdoor dining, BBQ, extensive decking, gazebo and fully landscaped gardens, edible kitchen garden and fully enclosed yard.

Enjoy all that Anglesea and surrounds has to offer. It is a 10-15 minute drive to Torquay and Bell's Beach, Australias surfing capital. A 20 minute picturesque drive along the Great Ocean Road to Lorne, less than10 minutes drive to Aireys Inlet and the Spilt Point Lighthouse. It is a 20 minute drive to Geelong and the Bellarine Peninisula. The Surf Coast Walk is on your doorstep with Anglesea located at the mid point. Many nearby award winning wineries from the Surf Coast, Bellarine and Moorabool Valley. Anglesea Bike Park Mountain Bike Track is located less than 1km away. The list is endless..

The house is in a very nice and quiet location but also close to the center of town. Easy walk to the shops and beach we were there for the surf coast 100 Perfect location. The house was very clean and comfortable the kids loved all the games and plenty of room for them play in and outside the house. The house had everything in it we pay the extra for linen well worth it very nice. Over all we couldn’t fault the house it was great and the owners very nice and easy to deal with , I would Definitely recommend the house. We will definitely book again the next time we stay in Anglesea.

The house is fabulous. fully stocked with everything you could want. 5 minute walk to the shops which is very handy as parking there can be very difficult. Pleasant 15 minute walk to the beach.

Beautiful modern house with a layout perfect for families. Very clean, everything in good working order. Well located in a quiet modern street, 5 minutes walk to the main Anglesea shops. Communication with Michael has been excellent and the little touches were appreciated.

Convenient and close to everything

Kids loved table tennis table and I enjoyed the back deck area to relax on sun beds and read. Lovely access to coast road walks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you .
