This fully furnished mid century condo offers very spacious accomodations in an IDEAL LOCATION for a very affordable price!

With 2 bedrooms and 2 bed bathrooms, this home away from home can comfortably sleep 4 adults. The master suite offers a California king size bed with ample space and storage for your extended stay. The sunfilled master bathroom connects directly to the master bedroom and has access to the back courtyard. The master bath features a very large vanity area, dual sinks, and seperate shower and soaking tub. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen size bed and plenty of closet and storage space, as well as direct access to the second bathroom and access to the back courtyard.

The very spacious kitchen offers full size refigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher. All dishes, cookware, and appliances are provided with your needs in mind. Other common areas include the dining room and adjacent living room, which features a large screen TV that is equipped with local cable channels as well as Apple TV for streaming services such as your Netflix or Hulu accounts.

Location, location, location! This is a VERY sought after complex for extended stays in the area. IT WILL RESERVE FAST. The complex is located within walking distance of shopping, bus stops, eateries and golf courses and is within MINUTES to Downtown. The complex also features a beautifully landscaped gated community with large heated pool and spa in an idyllic setting that is quintessential Palm Springs!

Winter getaway

It is a well-located property, a short drive to the main drag in downtown PS. The property manager was quick to respond to questions and a few snags. A good value for your money. The pool area, with mountain views is spectacular.

Fabulous Firebird Estates

We loved our condo at Firebird Estates in Palm Springs. It was comfortably furnished and very spacious. The space was full of natural light from multiple patio doors.The kitchen was great, a cook's kitchen , whatever one needed to cook dinner was there. The grounds were immaculate as were the pool and spa .

Our names are Rodger & Nicole Loggins, and we are managing this beautiful property for my grandparents, Ron and Betty. This condo has been in my family since the 1960's, when my mom was just a baby. We have been enjoying this property for 3 generations!

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location! With a backdrop of the beautiful San Jacinto mountains, this property is very centrally located. Downtown within minutes, shopping and dining within walking distance, airport just a couple miles away. The complex itself is beautiful! The pool could not be more relaxing and the setting is quintessential Palm Springs!
