We loved our stay. So charming!!
They are dog friendly, however, as a suggestion, they could, at least, secure the balcony, to make it easier for the dog lovers.
From the moment we opened the door and the fire was on and the amazing view from the windows, our romantic getaway was underway. Everything was perfect for our stay, romantic spa bath, cosy bed, large couch and warm fire. Highly recommend Lardi Lane for your next getaway. Thanks
The property is in a nice quiet location, the inside of the property has had a lot of attention to detail with decorating done. The spa is amazing and beds very comfy.
For the price point i think there was some small attention to detail things that could have been met and would set you guys appart from the big range of accommodation around the area. Some suggestion look at putting a gate on the deck to make it truly pet friendly. And maybe a little welcome hamper for people staying a few night with maybe some breakfast condiments, some little treats for human and pets. People remember the little things with stays and at the price we paid a night it would absolutely have people talking more about your property. Thanks for a great stay. I hope you take these suggestions on board.
It was lovely but the personal touches were missing. Knowing it was our anniversary and not providing even a short note of “congratulations” was upsetting.
The property was exceptionally clean and well furnished however there was no DVD player and the TVs weren’t working due to poor reception from bad weather. We also made an oversight when booking and didn’t realise there was no wifi. For a property of this price range we assumed their would be. I contacted the property manager and they came out the next day with a portable modem so we could have a wifi connection. They explained that wifi and Fetch TV was meant to be installed a few days prior to our arrival but unfortunately couldn’t be completed. It would’ve been good if this had been sorted prior to check in or the price reduced due to amenities not matching the listing. Overall though, a pleasant stay.

Noisy and bad heating
For such a peaceful spot it wasn't on the contrary. The side and back were being excavated and noisy from morning until late afternoon. The gas heating smelled so badly and I thought I was getting carbon monoxide poisoning and hope I havent. The main bedroom wasnt heated so it was freezing. For the 2 nights and the price I paid I was extremely disappointed. I rang the Property mgrs to explain and just got a "sorry about that". Not good enough
This was a beautiful little cottage for 2. Great sized spa which we loved. The bed just needed to be a bit firmer, but overall lovely furnishings and views. Surprised by a chill kangaroo that visited us daily.

Comfy
Had a great time and very relaxing. Unfortunately due to the dust we had to leave a day early. Had suffered a severe asthma attack. It seems it was not dusted properly. Video evidence if u need it. Otherwise, it was comfy and cosy. One suggestion though, perhaps have a fence on the entrance of the balcony to secure dogs. Had some challenges to barricade our dogs at night time as we didn’t want them to sleep inside the house. And, to really make it dog friendly. Thank u.
