Perched high on Cornish Hill, with sweeping views of Daylesford, this wonderful accommodation is a two bedroom, two bathroom, original miners cottage.

Chesterfield couches and an original kitchen open onto a butler’s pantry containing all the modern conveniences and appliances you could desire. Two new sparkling marble bath rooms, both with deep spa baths, set the scene for what will be a wonderful and relaxing stay. Outdoor dining area, complete with seating for 6 people. Electric BBQ on the deck with undercover and full sun options.

Walking distance to Lake Daylesford and the iconic Lake House Restaurant and only a 10 minute walk to the heart of Daylesford.

This property may prove challenging for guests with mobility issues due to the steep pathway.

Cosy and stylish

An older property which has been obviously been renovated with an eye for comfort, style and an appreciation for beautiful wooden furniture. It is not fussy but easy to live in. We appreciated the cosy fire and heating. Outlook was lovely and easy walking to the Main Street in a quiet neighbourhood.

Lovely comfortable house in a great location

Very comfortable and well fitted house. Only minor problem was only a few teabags, all windows were locked with no keys available and no flywire screens (if we could open windows) and no flywire doors so no way to leave doors open for fresh air and prevent flies and mosquitoes entering.

Gorgeous house with beautiful views and fantastic amenities. Everything we could possibly need for our few days away. The modern bathrooms were a dream, and the house was quiet and comfy. Perfect for watching a movie or reading in front of the fire. We had a fabulous stay! Thank you

Wonderful cottage, great attention to detail, great view.

The home was wonderful - beautifully renovated with attention to detail everywhere. The bathroom was exceptional, the deck and the view wonderful and the amenities excellent. Delightful house in Daylesford

Superb House. Beautiful Bathrooms. Very well equipped kitchen. We would highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again. We felt we were staying in a well loved house. The only thing we would suggest, is perhaps an outside gas heater, (or even outside blankets) so we could enjoy the beautiful views in the freezing temperature. However, the heating in the house was brilliant.

Glad to stay at Gladville

Opening the front door to find the fire on and a bag of goodies on the table set the scene for a beautiful stay. No need to spend a fortune on going to a spa when the 2 bathroom spas were fantastic. A very clean and beautifully furnished cottage with an incredibly equipped kitchen/ butler's pantry. A wonderful book cabinet to browse through and comfy couches to curl up on in front of the fire.

Absolutely stunning property, even better than described.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay in this home. It was clean, cosy, and had a wonderfully calming and happy atmosphere. Although we thought we would be a little closer to the town centre, it was still an easy 10 minute walk. The view was sensational as was the outdoor area's (even in mid winter). We highly recommend this home to anyone seeking a relaxed, cosy and comfortable stay in Daylesford.
