This beautiful apartment is part of a small complex with a stunning shared pool area.
The apartment comes with a complimentary golf buggy for your whole stay; Cooinda Gardens 5 has some of the best views in the complex as it's the end apartment!
There are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with the master on it's own upstairs and the other bedrooms downstairs. The high ceilings make this huge apartment feel even bigger. This is the perfect spot for one big family or even two smaller groups! In our opinion the Cooinda Gardens 4 bedroom properties are some of the best value for money properties on the whole island.
Located on the peaceful northern side on Hamilton Island Cooinda Gardens 5 is the perfect spot to relax, unwind and enjoy all that Hamilton Island has to offer!

Amazing view. Clean and well maintained. Main Air Con failed on us the last day but we were offered a portable one or extra fans. (Unable to get a tradie as was a Saturday). Pick up and drop off by friendly staff was lovely and effortless. Would definitely book this apartment again

Luxury.

Absolutely beautiful! Just a note: few things that need fixing, the kettle was leaking on the bottom, light above kitchen sink not working & ice machine broken. There was no potato masher or scissors.

The house us beautiful. As a recommendation some basics could be added such as salt, pepper. If you have guests staying for a week supply enough dishwashing tablets etc. More tea towels, and dish cloths.

Great property for a group of people although the young people staying downstairs complained about the excessive noise when people were walking around upstairs. The views were amazing and the living area spacious. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped but would be good to have some basics included such as salt, pepper and additional dishwasher tablets etc. The buggy was sluggish at times but we were thankful to have use of it given we were so far away from the restaurants. I would recommend this property to family groups or friends and would stay here again
