Parasailing & jetski rentals close by. The historic Racing’s North Turn bar/restaurant is a short stroll down the beach. Visit the historic Ponce Lighthouse. This beachy condo was updated in 2018 & has everything you need - beach towels, chairs, toys, W/D, luxury sheets & comfy mattresses. Master with a king bed overlooks the beach. Guest bedroom sleeps 4 in a queen and bunks. Heated pool for the winter months (& we have a great group of return friendly snowbirds every year). Well-kept charcoal grills beachside for your use. Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Dishwasher should be loaded and running when you check out. You must push the "start" button on the dw TWICE to start.
Cleaning service will wash 1 set of seats per bed and no more than 1 day's worth of towels.
All trash must be collected and disposed of in the dumpster under the building at the N end of the covered parking lot.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
