Celina's Ocean View Studio

The Studio apartment is 49m2 in size. Recently renovated to a high standard with new furniture located on the top floor with Amazing Ocean Views overlooking Fremantle, Rottnest and Garden Island.

There is complimentary Wifi, off road parking for 1 car and weekly service cleans for stays 2 weeks or more.

The kitchen is equipped with every facility. It has a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, stove top, kettle, toaster, lots of cutlery and crockery and everything you will need.

The dining are has a small table and 4 chairs which is beside the living area furnished with a leather lounge suite and large TV.

There is a study desk and chair. There is also a bar table with stools next to the wide window overlooking the amazing view.

the apartment is furnished with a comfortable Queen size bed and a wardrobe to the side. There is also a chest of drawers for your clothes.

The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, toilet and shower.

There is a small amount of tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied.

Sarah was a "way above and beyond" host! We had some unexpected health issues and she paved the way for us in a foreign (to us!) healthcare system when we most needed help. Her flat gave us a great place to rest, relax and recuperate. Well equipped kitchen for cooking in. Amazing views for both sunrise and sunsets. Great location for everything in Fremantle and easy access to Perth and beyond without renting a car.

What an Enjoyable Stay!

We stayed at this property for our three week holiday in Perth. It was perfect! The property owner was so nice and very prompt when I had a question. I highly recommend this great gem in Fremantle!

Brilliant

Lovely studio apartment with great views (the harbour at the front window and the war memorial from the back window) and wonderful sunsets! Clean and comfortable with all possible amenities. I appreciated the tea and milk on arrival and made full use of the washing machine and drying rack. Also appreciated were all the other little extras which made life really easy, like the washing detergent, tea towels, etc. Very well thought out.

This property has the most amenities I have seen. It’s nice that they have washing machine, laundry detergent, airer, even umbrellas and sauces to cook (even though I didnt use it). Very spacious room and nice that the couch is leather, so you know it’s easy to clean. View is so beautiful, even from the door you can see some sort of memorial park. It was close to Fremantle market and prison, lots of restaurants. The only thing was I found it hard to adjust the hot water in the shower, it’s either too hot or no hot water at all. Also during our stay there were some construction/work done early in the morning so it did get noisy pretty early in the morning. Otherwise a very good stay!

Spacious studio with lovely view

Very clean, quiet, spacious studio apartment with lovely view and off street car park. Lift was fast. Comfortable bed with good quality linen. Plenty of storage drawers and shelves. Wardrobe cupboard good but need more coat hangers. The parts which were renovated a small number of years ago were done well, including nice security door and vinyl plank floor. Good washing machine and all kitchen appliances, TV and furniture. Plenty of cleaning products and kitchen utensils. Part of bathroom still very old, floor and shower recess. A sliding door to bathroom would make access easier as doorway is narrow. The shower in use was comfortable with water temperature easily adjusted and remained stable. Drapes over the window with the view cut back light, a roller blind would be better. Needs newer and better air conditioner. Architraves near door especially need a repaint. Needs a new clothes airer.

Convenient apartment. Spacious studio design. The apartment block from the road is a little off-putting but much nicer in the apartment. We loved being able to walk to the main streets of Fremantle.

Great place in Freo to watch the boats and sun set.

The top floor apartment is well situated for a stay in Fremantle. Close to transport and the CBD. It is well set up and has everything you need for a short or longer term stay. The view is terrific. On site parking and the lift is right outside the door.

I am a 29 year old property manager currently working for a short term accommodation business in Fremantle. I grew up South of the river in a suburb South Lake then moved to Beeliar in my teens. I went to South Lake primary and Hamilton Hill High school where I completed year 12 and a business studies course. I went on to working at IGA whilst studying some more Business admin and completed my cert III. I purchased my first investment property in 2015 and purchased my first family home with my partner in 2017. We now currently live in Wandi (South of the river).

Why they chose this property

I purchased my investment property in Fremantle because I absolutely love the area and it is a tourist spot. The apartment is nice and close to the centre of Fremantle and has amazing views. In 2016 I spent some time renovating the apartment and purchased new furniture. I have named the studio after my grandma who passed away in 2014 from cancer. She raised me and my 4 brothers and means the world to me and am very grateful for all that she has done for me.
