Please keep your shoes off while inside, especially from 7pm until normal waking time in the morning? The lady directly downstairs is getting sleep.

Clean unit with modern enough facilities featuring a great view over ocean, islands and Freo itself. Plenty of parking (free) and was neighbour quiet (in the small amount of time we were actually in the unit.)
Fabulous Apartment - great views/location in Fremantle
3rd floor apartment - great views - had a lift so no lugging cases up stairs. Thoughtful owner had left milk, lots of instructions, enough toilet paper (nice!) Great big comfy bed, useable kitchen area, nice lounging spaces A slow, but hot shower & air con. What more could you need! We walked into Freo easily where there is a good close Aldi. And to the Gaol where our event was. Look out for 80 Gins near the market if that is your thing...
The place was good plenty of room nice view and quite; the only thing I suggest is to place a opal f
The place was good spacious and quite , nice views; I would suggest the install an opal filament of some sort of stick on to the kitchen window where the fan is . There are people that can easily look into the premises. Just to give the tenant a little more privacy . Apart from that nice relaxing place thank you

Thank you Igor for being such a friendly and communicative guest, and for leaving the apartment tidy and clean. I certainly see your point about the kitchen window, and we will do something to create more privacy. Best wishes to you.

Very dated
Check in wasn’t until 3 in the afternoon which is too late. The building is very difficult to enter due to steps going up and then down just to get to the elevator. Would be more difficult to navigate if it were rainy. The apartment had no hair dryer and the bathroom is very dated. Plus parking was very odd.

Thanks for your review, Frances, and sorry that you were disappointed in our property.
We try to accommodate people for earlier check-ins, if possible. Often it is not possible due to the tight turnaround between guests. We appreciate that you would prefer an earlier check-in, but please understand that 3pm is actually the most common check-in time for private short-term accommodation (such as ours).
We did ask you to park in the back lot, and sorry that was difficult. However, for future reference you can park in the front. This would give you easy, ground-floor access to the lift at the centre of the building.
Regarding your other comments, yes, the apartment block was built in the 1960s, and we've preserved the original character as much as possible. Both the kitchen and the bathroom are in very good condition and well-equipped.
Thank you for the heads-up on the hair dryer; that is not something that we had thought to provide.
Best wishes,
Martin and Carmela
