The Neighborhood:
CocoWalk and the heart of Coconut Grove are less than a 5-minute drive. Grove27 is located at the heart of Miami's boho chic Coconut Grove neighborhood and is in close proximity to local parks, CocoWalk, and the Harbor, which provide visitors with options for bike rentals, and peaceful walks throughout the day to enjoy the breeze, catch some sun rays, and escape from the indoors. All restaurants in the area are accepting delivery and pick-up orders, so enjoy dining in from local favorites like GreenStreet Cafe for morning meals, Farinelli, Strada, Harry's Pizza and Lulu's for tasty dinners.

Getting Around:
If you choose to travel by car, the apartment comes with 1 free parking spot and plenty of off-site parking. Although Miami is easily seen by car, to travel shorter distances around the Coconut Grove area, scooters and bicycles are available for rent at Suncycling Bike Shop just minutes away as you walk east toward the Marina.

We had a great time staying at this place! The location was very close to all the sightseeing we were planning on doing for this trip! The host gave clear instructions on checking in/out and it was nice to have the parking available. We got in late on the first night and it was very convenient to be able to walk down a few feet on the block and grab a quick bite from the nearby 24 hr food stand. Overall, it was an awesome stay and we would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Miami!

Everything was perfect. I absolutely loved the location. We were initially concerned about street noise, but it turned out to be minimal. The amenities looked new. The management was incredibly responsive, and the apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. The washer and dryer were a great bonus, too. Thank you so much for hosting us. I’ll definitely be looking to stay here again in the future.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The space was the perfect size for us — cozy, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The location couldn’t have been better. It was convenient to everything, and we were able to walk or get to most places within minutes.I even heard from some locals that the little sandwich/café spot nearby is kind of famous, which was such a fun surprise. I also had to brush up on my Spanish a bit while I was there — and honestly, I loved that part of the experience!The host was great with communication, which made everything super easy from start to finish.One thing to keep in mind: the property is located right next to a busy street, and well… it is Miami. I’m a heavy sleeper, so the noise didn’t bother me at all. But if you’re a light sleeper, just know that the traffic sounds tend to die down around 10:30ish.Overall, this was a great stay, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great location

This is a great neighborhood, Publix is just a few blocks away. Ten minutes from Downtown Miami. Very clean. We stayed for a long weekend but if I were to stay longer it would be difficult to cook meals as the kitchen ware is limited. Recommended.

Great value

The location is right off the main street so it does get a bit noisy from time to time especially during the day time, but we are out exploring most of the time so it wasn’t really an issue for us. There are a couple minor issues upon check in but we were able to reach out to the property manager and have the issues resolved rather quickly. Prompt and quick response whenever we reach out during our stay, Definitely would consider to stay there again next time if we are traveling to the area.

First of all, I am very satisfied in my stay. It's an old apartment building but the rooms are clean and neat and stylish. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The location is great, easy access to high way and main roads, and a big grocery store is literally around the corner. And, lets face it, it's AFFORDABLE. Something you may want to know before make the final decision: 1, It's a shared laundry room; 2, there is a pretty busy road just outside of the window, so if you can only fall asleep in absolutely silence, this might not for you.

Such a cute little apartment! We felt very comfortable. Unfortunately I ended up in the hospital so I was only able to stay one night, but my husband got to enjoy the other nights. It was clean and close to everything. We will definitely book the GROVE again :)
