Coastal Soul Villa @ Broadbeach

Coastal Soul over two levels is the ultimate holiday destination, minutes' walk to the very popular inlet beaches, walking paths and only a short stroll to the town centre.

Featuring an open plan living, dining and central well equipped kitchen flowing easily to one of the sun-filled decks. The main bedroom comes complete with a WIR and ensuite as well as its own separate deck area, perfect for a quite place to get away. A further two bedrooms have BIR's and are serviced by a central bathroom and laundry facilities. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and a split system Air Conditioner is located in the main living area.

Set within an attractive native landscape overlooking wetlands, flora and fauna and absorbing a north facing orientation, the property offers an amazing coastal holiday. A spacious north facing roof-top deck offering serene rural vistas across the adjacent farmland plus use of the resorts indoor/outdoor pool, gym and tennis courts.

Our family enjoyed our 2 week stay at this fantastic property. Very close to the inlet, great facilities at broadbeach resort, lovely views from the multiple balconies.

Perfect location

The property was in a perfect location and access to Broadbeach services (pool and gym classes) was terrific. The service of Alex Scott and Co was exceptional. We were held up getting there due to a road accident, but they quickly found a solution to the problem of picking up the key.

Comfortable and relaxing

We enjoyed our weekend away here. It is set amongst parkland which makes a lovely view, especially from the roof top sitting area. The place fits four adults comfortably and it was relatively clean (except for quite a number of spider webs and bugs) and stained carpet. Unfortunately the little touches that make a place more convenient were missing - like tea and coffee (there is a coffee machine but no pods), tissues, shower gel etc. Staying here, you will need to bring every little convenience with you. The beds were very comfortable, especially the king size beds.
