BOWERBIRD VIEW is a newly renovated beachside home located directly opposite the beautiful sandy beaches of Busselton and a short drive from some of the most incredible South West beaches and wineries.
Driving up to this property you will immediately notice the front porch and the views that can be soaked up whilst relaxing on the outdoor setting.
Entry into this property immediately takes you into an open plan living area of kitchen, dining and lounge - all overlooking the ocean. The neat kitchen that contains all the cooking equipment you will need to make your stay comfortable.
The dining area is complete with a large table/bench seating area and this space is shared with the lounge area. The lounge provides floor to ceiling windows to maximise the stunning view. A small flat screen television and DVD player is also provided.
There is a reverse cycle air-conditioning unit in the living area.
Venture down the hallway to a fully serviceable laundry/toilet with a bathroom next door. The bathroom is equipped with a large bench, bath and shower.
At the end of the hallway there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and single bed. The second bedroom has a single bunk bed and single bed. Each room is equipped with ceiling fans for the warmer summer nights.
Outdoors offers a large entertaining area with a BBQ and a fully secured grassed backyard space. Attached to the outdoor entertaining area is a teenagers retreat equipped with a tri-bunk bed (double on top, single on bottom) plus a fooseball table, lounge and smart TV.
There is a reverse cycle air-conditioning unit in the teenagers retreat.
*** PLEASE NOTE: Bowerbird View has a common gate with another property, Bowerbird Nest. Guests can enquire to stay in both properties. Otherwise the guest gate will be locked.

* The property to be cleaned after your departure (we still ask that the home is left tidy so not to require extraordinary cleaning time)
* Our 'Basic Starter' package (see note below for Starter Essentials information)
- Beach towels are NOT included
- We also supply STARTER essentials like tea, coffee, sugar sachets, salt, pepper, spray oil, basic cleaning products, soap bar, bin bag, sponge, washing powder, toilet roll to make your arrival care-free whilst you get time to hit the shops. These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay
- Blankets are made available at the home during colder months
-You can hire porta-cots (Kmart Travel Porta-cot) & high chairs from us for $10 per item. Please let us know upon your booking request if you require. Porta-cots do not come with a foam mattress insert or linen/bedding.
- Maximum number of occupants advertised cannot be exceeded at any time.
- Noise must be kept to a minimum with no disturbance to neighbors. No noise is permitted after 10pm.
- Pet Friendly, however please advise in your initial enquiry if you intend for your dog to come. There are strict guidelines in place for pets in Holiday Homes. They cannot be left unattended at the property at any time. Strictly outside pets only unless otherwise agreed in writing with us.

We loved the original house details. It was very clean and well equipped with all the simple amenities you need for an authentic beachside holiday. We wouldn’t change a thing!
We enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent and the views were amazing. Nothing beats watching the water from the front verandah. The house was clean when we arrived, the kitchen well equipped and the beds are comfortable. However it is an old house with a few old house issues and we did have some mice in the house during our stay. The host was very helpful and tried to provide solutions immediately. The inside shower pressure also wasn’t fantastic but the outside shower was helpful for after beach rinse offs.

I stayed for a long weekend with some of my friends and had a perfect stay. The house was clean and tidy. The location was perfect and the view from the loungeroom was stunning. Would 100% recommend.

Perfect location and comfy
Can't beat the location of this house - perfect to watch the weather roll by on a winter day and dash out for a walk between showers. The house provided basic comforts, beds a little firm.
Beautiful little getaway with my young family. Perfect beach accross the rd and safe for the kids to swim !!
Only negative Small double bed in small room.
The location is perfect, beautiful beach right opposite and an easy drive or bike ride to Busselton town centre. House is old but very clean and charming. Will definitely come back.

Beautiful Beach Property
This property was perfect for a beach getaway. Step across the road to the beach. ?Everything was spotless. The renovation was really well done....they have managed to keep some of the "retro" charm.
Stunning property on arrival, very clean and homely. Plenty of room and games for family time. The view from the pounce was breathtaking. Lovely vibes and bottle of red as a gift, couldn’t have been happier. :)
