Linen - If your booking total is more than $1400 for the nightly fees we'll absorb the linen cost.

If the booking total is less than $1400 then for for an additional charge of $200 we can arrange all sheets, bath towels, pillow slips etc for up to 12 including 7 beds made up. Otherwise you can byo but it's 6 washing machine loads of towels and linen and a boots worth to lug away!

The cleaning fee you pay is $100 - we absorb the rest.

Late check out if staying a normal working week with no school or public holidays well give you a 2pm check out on the Sunday and generally an early check-in Friday. Note we don't offer this Xmas (From Dec break up to End Jan and Easter School holidays). However we do offer this Feb, Mar, half of April, May though to Nov.

Please note maximum of 12 adult guests due to council and fire regulations.

Kick back and relax in tranquility at our spacious comfortable beach front home at undiscovered Pindimar. Pindi is 10 minutes from all the shops and services + quality coffee shops of beautiful Tea Gardens and 15 minutes to the surf beaches of Hawks Nest, not to mention a little further and your at Myall Lakes.

It's easier and quicker to get to than Nelson Bay from the Central Coast or Sydney as its just about all free-way driving.

The home is on half an acre of flat grassy land leading down to a gentle calm beach which is usually a few degrees warmer than the surrounding waters. Great for kids to swim under supervision and adults alike who can swim, fish, canoe or take your boat out if you have one (Boat ramp 100 metres away).

Pet friendly and in-law friendly due to the variety of spaces you can get away to - upstairs deck, downstairs veranda, rumpus room or veranda, front shady yard, beach or just the air conditioned lounge room with foxtel movies and sport + some of the other channels.

Lots to do including surfing at Hawks Nest, boating, kayaking, bush walking or explore the many surrounding lakes, bays and beaches or play golf. The surrounding area has so much for everyone to relax, play and enjoy.

No matter what the season, the idyllic views and spacious comfortable accommodation is sure to make your stay peaceful and relaxing. Waterfront, beautiful lawns leading to private sandy beach area for the little and big ones to play or relax in.

There are nearby waterfront walking trails that hug the bay and a boardwalk which leads to North Pindimar where you may see a few kangaroos. Or walk along the beach at low tide and enjoy the spectacular views of the Port Stephens headlands.

The kids will be in paradise while you can totally relax and enjoy the peace and privacy.

It is a place you will want to return to over and over again.

You will find everything you need to have a fantastic, relaxing holiday and cook like a king. Bring your fishing gear, crab pots, bikes, etc and make the most of this beautiful piece of paradise.

NOTE: As this is a family holiday house we do not rent the property for parties, weddings or to groups of young people under 25.

We are on TANK WATER . You can boil the water if worried or buy additional bottled water. The tanks are cleaned regularly. There is filtered water in the kitchen.

Large Lounge/dining with Foxtel sports and variety of other channels great water views and reverse cycle heating air conditioning.

Large rumpus room with library, board games, TV with local channels, chromecast.

Kitchen has large 2 door fridge freezer, microwave, oven, grill, coffee machine, blender, toaster, electric fry pan and gas cooktop with 5 elements and 900mm electric oven.
