THE SPACE
You have exclusive and unrestricted access to your very own space within our home - a private upstairs apartment inclusive of everything you could possible want from a grand stay in Sydney
• You are treated with a FULLY AIR CONDITIONED, over-sized bedroom including an incredibly comfortable Queen bed for a great night's sleep,
TV (x 2), luxury en-suite bathroom, ample walk-in robe and a desk for all those late night emails. We offer free WiFi and internet. The unit also has a safe to store any valuables.
• Enjoy using the open style modern kitchenette and dining room equipped with all you need to make breakfast (and even entertain another couple for lunch or dinner!). The kitchenette includes a microwave, fridge , dishwasher and electric cook top.
• You’ll also be treated to a comfy lounge room and outdoor balcony with garden views and city glimpses.
• Want to chill out and relax a bit? Our TV in the lounge has 18 channels to choose from as well as cable TV (FOXTEL) on the bedroom TV, with our compliments.

• Easy access to your private upstairs apartment is through our lounge area downstairs using your own pre-nominated PIN at the front door, enabling you to come and go as you please

• Centennial and Queens Park lands an easy 600m stroll - walk, run, cycle, roller blade, enjoy the fresh air, feed the ducks...
• Bondi junction (shopping malls, bars, restaurants) & Randwick junction shopping areas are very close by.
• Enjoy easy drives to Bronte and Coogee beaches.
• Bondi Beach is car or bus, or 2km downhill walk to the start of the famous Bronte to Bondi Walk.
• We can recommend a number of nearby cafes with great coffee, our favorite has an onsite bakery. Restaurants in walking distance include Hungarian (great schnitzel), Thai, Nepalese, Indian, Pizza, Tapas bar and the popular Duke of Gloucester Pub (locals call the DOG)

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

• You’ll arrive to a welcome basket inclusive of fruits, cereal, juices, cheese and crackers, and other yummy snacks
• Our adorably friendly pet Cavoodle "Sugar" might greet you at the door only asking for a cuddle or two. If pets are not your thing let us know.
• For your personal clothing the local laundry is a convenient one block away – they offer very reasonably priced choice of bag wash only or the complete wash, fold and iron.
• To make life easy for you, we'll ask you to nominate a 4 digit code on booking which will be your access code to the front door and your apartment.
A THIRD GUEST can be accommodated on a mattress in the lounge area. An extra guest fee of $150 per stay is charged for the third person.

Toby and Judy are extreme kind and welcoming people and their BNB is spacious, clean and very comfortable. We were welcomed with a coffee and a kitchen stocked with breakfast foods and snacks. We always felt at home.The location was perfect for us. Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay and would no5 hesitate to recommend or return. We hope to do so one day. Our hosts were the kindest of people, the location was excellent and we visited all the local beaches and could easily get into the city. The property was super clean and comfortable and had everything e needed for a 16 night stay.

We can't speak highly enough of this lovely accommodation. Clean and phenomenally well equipped, comfy bed, lots of space, great location easy access to bus and train system. Close to public transportation in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and accessible to CBD, beaches, and airport using either Uber or public transit. Separate room upstairs was very comfortable with an outside patio to relax in. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating, providing a welcome breakfast to cook at your leisure, coffee, condiments, towels, etc. The room is quite roomy and I would come back to stay, if I had the opportunity. Home from home.

This accommodation is a real gem. The hosts - Toby and Judy - take an immense pride in the quality and upkeep of what is the first floor and around 50% of their home. Every amenity is provided and also extra touches which include fresh flowers every day. They are keen to ensure that your stay will be a most comfortable and enjoyable experience. My wife and I look forward to staying in this property again when we return to Sydney in future.

Simply the best.

What can I say..it was lovely..Toby and Judy were so welcoming and friendly. They insured my stay had everything I needed.The unit was comfortable and spacious and well equipped, plus en suit laundry (bonus). And it was very convenient to the transit system. Also close to Queens park and cafes and grocery stores. It felt like home, so much so that I’ve already booked with them next year. Thank you Judy and Toby for the best experience. Home Away from Home

The apartment is superbly appointed, the kitchen impeccably equipped, communication with Toby was excellent and the warmth/hospitality offered by our hosts was second to none. Lovely Stay Great Location.

We really enjoyed our stay in Randwick. Toby and Judy were the perfect host. They provided some provisions in the apartment at the start of our stay which was really thought full and went to a lot of effort to check everything was perfect for us. Check in was easy and when we had to change some dates around this was no problem and they even stored our excess baggage when we went to Darwin. The facilities were great and the bed was comfy. The location was very good close to everything and although no parking we got a spot each day if we’d been out so no issues there. As we were staying for a month we wanted someone like a home from home and we found it. We will definitely be back next winter for another stay.

Toby's house was beautiful. Private section of the house for guests to use stocked with cereal, milk, coffee some snacks ect pretty much anything you need Toby provided. The bed was so comfortable and even the bathroom was stocked with everything we could need. Toby went above and beyond for us even going so fast as to calling us after we got evacuated from our concert and came to pick us up in the pouring rain. We could not be happier with our stay. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

What an amazing apartment! Much larger than we were expecting. The bedroom was huge and so much storage in the walk-in wardrobes. The kitchen had everything you needed and so much more. The welcome pack was amazing and much appreciated. To top it off, a lovely all day sunny balcony just off the lounge overlooked their lovely garden, perfect for breakfasts, lunches and evening meals or just to sit and chill. The apartment was immaculate and very homely and Toby and Judy were the perfect hosts. By far the nicest accommodation we stayed in during our 8 week trip to Aus and we stayed in plenty as we moved around. A massive thank you once again to Toby and Judy.

Home from Home

We really enjoyed our stay in Randwick. The property was spacious and had everything we needed. The balcony was lovely to sit out in for breakfast and in the evening. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a coffee machine and dish washer. A really large dressing room with plenty of storage space. The bathroom was good. Shower was great large and strong water pressure . The bedroom was very large and the bed was very comfy and I’m very fussy. The television had Netflix’s great for watching a movie. This was not like most rentals with cheap furniture and that holiday let feel but felt like a home from home. Great location near all the best beaches at Clovelly and Coogee. We really liked Marouba beach. Our host was delightful and responded quickly and was super helpful allowing us to store our things when we went to Darwin for a week and didn’t need to take all our bags with us. Super clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Super hosts and accommodation for our visit to Sydney

Our hosts Toby, Judy and sweet Sugar made our pre-cruise stay in Sydney most enjoyable. The suite has all the amenities one could need and included Judy’s delicious home-made cake. With Toby’s “Opal “ cards and directions we used the bus system to get around town to Taronga Zoo, Bondi Beach and The Rock. We heartily recommend this cozy suite as a home away from home.

A gem in suburban

One of my best stay in Sydney . Toby and wife Judy are wonderful and very hospitable host . The room was more than comfortable and we were very grateful that we had a kitchen and it was well stocked . Thank you again the Hammermans. And love the greeting from Sugar the friendly cavoodle. . Excellent One small issue could have been that my laptop and smartphone could not find the 53pinest access to wi fi. It is a non-issue for me because I jused my mobile phone as a wi fi hotspot
