Beautiful Newly Updated 5 Bedroom Home

The Gathering House is a beautiful newly updated 5 bedroom/ 2 Bath house with all the finishes you would expect in a custom home. Located with in a 1/2 mile of downtown beautiful Grand Marais the Gathering House is with in walking distance of restaurants and several public beaches.

Another feature that makes The Gathering House unique is that there is a small named waterfall (called Chipmunk Falls) that is located on the side of the property right next to the house. There is also partial views from the 2nd and 3rd floors of beautiful West Bay and Lake Superior. The Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Master Bedroom, another Bedroom and a full Bathroom are located on the main floor of the house.

The Kitchen is all new, with new kitchen cabinets, quarts counter tops and new appliances. The Dining Room has a large harvest table and the Living Room has a 55" flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second floor of the house has 2 bedrooms with Queen Beds, a bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds, a large bathroom with a dual sinks and marble counter tops, and the laundry room.

The 3rd floor has a living room with a sectional couch that makes into a sleeper sofa and has great views.

Absolutely beautiful home! The house was clean, cozy, and even better in person. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our time in Grand Marais. Everything felt very comfortable and welcoming, and you could tell a lot of care was put into the home. The location was great as well, and we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again!

Great house to rent near Pictured Rock National Park. The house is walking distance to the beach and centrally located between Pictured Rock National Park and Tahquamenon Falls. The house has a fire pit, bikes, a grill and all the kitchen appliances you need to make your favorite meals. We were there on a girls trip but I will definitely be bringing my family back!

This was a good base for adventures around Grand Marais. The house worked well for a group of 9, our only additional ask would for it to have some type of desk space for a couple from our party who had do do a little work while on vacation. The house is really close to lots of outdoor stuff like beaches, biking, inland lake swimming, and hiking.

The house was a great location for us to use a hub for our snowmobile trip. Our host Jason was very responsive to any questions or concerns. The kitchen was well stocked for us to do our own cooking at the beginning and end of the day. We would definitely use this house again for future snowmobile trips. Thanks Jason

This house has been very nicely remodeled and offers plenty of space for hanging out with family and friends. Jason was on top of it when it came to communicating and getting us a few extra items during our stay. The house is in a great location close to town and the snowmobile trails with plenty of parking for trailers in the driveway at the house. We were able to fit 5 trucks with trailers and 1 truck without a trailer with ease. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Relaxing Memorial Day weekend stay

The house was clean and very spacious. We enjoyed having a relaxing place to come back to after visiting Crisp Point and Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. Our family agreed that when we come back to Grand Marais, this home would be at the top of our list to stay at again!
