Would never rent again.

The condo is not as nice as the pictures make it seem. The floors are filthy and there are broken items. The balcony is not a balcony. The furniture is old and worn.. Major complaint the people above us were very loud and obnoxious. Would never rent again.

Unit 1103

With the exception of the kitchen this condo was very nice; the beds were very comfortable. We did have 2 concerns. The unit sleeps 10 however there are only 8 chairs for the dining room table. We had to have 2 adult family members sit on coolers at the table. Also the kitchen doesn’t have the serving dishes or pots and pans that one would need to feed 10 people. I would say the kitchen was not sufficiently stocked to cook for and feed 10. There wasn’t even a can opener which we purchased and left for the next guests.

Clean, spacious, great location!

This property was awesome for us! Love that there was no carpet! Furniture was not as clean as I would have liked but we just threw a sheet over it and went on! Table was great for us to play games at night! Very short walk to beach! Would have loved a larger outdoor area but overall it was really, really nice! Would definitely book it again!!

Nicer in pictures

The condo was a lot nicer in the pictures than in person. Parking is inconvenient as it's located under a different condo building which makes loading and unloading difficult. There were 3 dead roaches on the floor upon our arrival. It also had a lot of dog hair everywhere. It's a short distance from the beach and great walking distance to a lot of places but I don't think we would choose this condo again

Nice place!

We enjoyed our stay at this nice condo...a couple of suggestions...carpets needed to be cleaned...many spots and smelled dirty. Kitchen supplies were adequate but would have been nice to have a few serving bowls. Crock Pot??
