The house was fine, there were a few issues that need to be addressed. The heating system was not consistent. The second floor was freezing. Two of the bedrooms on floor 2 the TVs did not work or were going out. Other than that no complaints.

Most uncomfortable beds ever!
Duvet covers with no duvets in them, comforters that hadn't been cleaned, and beds that sounded luke they were falling apart when you rolled over!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about the issues with the bedding and bed comfort during your stay. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide. We’ll be addressing these concerns immediately with our housekeeping and property teams to ensure all beds and linens meet our quality expectations. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to have the chance to provide you with a much better experience in the future.

This house fell FAR below all of our expectations. The only reason why we give it 1 star is for the close proximity to the beach. When you enter the first floor, you are hit with this strong musty, mildew odor that carries throughout the house. The kitchen is gross and no one wanted to cook in it. The dishwasher was broken. The management company sent a plumber to clean the dishwasher drain but that did not fix the problem. We found 3 pots under the kitchen sink collecting overflow water from a leaky drain where dish water from previous tenants had been draining and rotting. The plumber fixed the drain but left us 3 disgusting pots in the sink to hand wash. All the mattresses are old and extremely uncomfortable. The “clean”sheets/pillowcases the management company provided smell old and dirty. They do not wash the comforters or mattress pads after tenants use them, since they asked us to specifically leave those when cleaning up at the end of our stay. And the towels provided by the management company are cheap, auto-shop quality little towels. The furniture is old and not inviting. No one wanted to sit in the 2nd floor living room because of the smell and the gross couch. The light bulbs in the fixtures were like halogen, blue light, led spotlight strength, so we never turned the lights on at night. The dining table/chairs was extremely uncomfortable so no one ever sat and ate at it or played games/puzzles there. The only comfortable space in the house was the front porch.
